Unpleasant

The location is close to the city center, about a 30-minute walk away. Parking is available in front of the apartment.

The apartment is located behind a hospital and from the outside, it doesn’t look like a place you would want to stay. The ground-floor apartments have an unpleasant view of the back of another house, where the owners walk around, so you have to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. The apartment itself appeared quite, even if the furniture was new. There were missing handles on some of the doors, the main apartment door did not close properly, and overall cleanliness was below expectations.

Very fair value for the cost, recommend to those who want to save.

Clean when I arrived, had slippers for me. Bedsheets are very comfortable. The hosts were friendly.

The bedframe itself was too short, to be fair I am 190cm, but with how tall Serbs are, you'd think they wouldn't have a longer bed so people's legs wouldn't hang down. No kettle, instead just a dirty cezve I couldn't make tea with. The shower has no mat, so you have to tough it out standing on the cold tiles.

Good value for money

The quality is there and the rooms are comfortable. The only issue was that the reception didn't seem to be so operative. Usually it was pretty empty. I think they are only around when they know someone is going to check-in, but the rest of the time is pretty deserted. I spoke in Bulgarian with the owner, so I don't know how it is for people not speaking these languages. I could stay until late the day of my check-out, which I highly appreciated, since I was exhausted

The location is kind of far from the center. For me, this wasn't an issue, since I wanted to walk a lot, but something to keep in mind. There are buses but I felt they weren't so regular. Also, I have no patience to wait for buses, especially when there is no sign about the waiting times (here there isn't). Another thing to point out is that the room I got was facing the entrance corridor, so it didn't feel so private since the other guests would pass literally in front of my window. But then I checked and they have special curtains so you cannot really see the inside from outside even though the opposite is true (but you don't know in the beginning that you can see without being seen). In any case, still, for the price, great value and very comfy place. I would come back

Everything is as shown, it is clean and the agreement regarding the host is fulfilled, everything that is offered.

The only complaint is the apartment's front door and the lock, maybe that could be changed a bit.

Worth for the price!

It was perfect for me as I just wanted to get somewhere reasonable for sleeping. It's very clean with new facilities. Wifi worked perfectly. I would love to stay again.

Good choice if you're just looking for a place for a day or two, with parking and good price.

This was the second time I stayed here. Small but clean and warm room. There was stable WiFi connection, tv, clean bathroom. Parking in front of the place which was important to me. Overall I'm satisfied.

The room and the bed are a bit small. I only needed a place to sleep over at night, so I was not annoyed by anything that much.

One night stay

The moment you enter the apartment you feel freshness and cleanliness... Much better than expected. You don't hear much of the traffic even if you open the window. Good price for value. I definitely recommend this option for one or more nights. Props to the maid, the place was extraordinarily clean and it literally felt like home. Enjoy the little tip/present I left on the kitchen counter! 🤗

I pretty much liked everything. I would only recommend adding an induction plate and some cutlery, so it would be cozier for the people staying a little more than 2 nights. Overall everything's on top! 👌🏻

Great hotel in Nis close to Cair park

The hotel is very good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bath is clean. Air condition is working perfectly as well. The check-in is easy with very friendly and helpful personal. It is close to the center, only some minutes (walking) away from the Cair park. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a great stay and I would recommend it!

Everything was exactly as described or better. The apartment was very clean, the check-in was simple. The free WiFi was very fast and not once lost connectivity. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.
