We went for a leisure weekend in Niš and were very lucky with this apartment. Spasaaacious, clean, comfortable, equipped with everything necessary — and beyond! Very nice location ~ 20 minutes stroll along the river Nišava to reach the historical city centre, and immediately next to a big shopping mall. Safe car parking in the premises under the building Planet Residence. Huge smart TV screen, which in our case was a must as it happened to be the evening of the Champions League. Additional pillows and blankets to choose from, which doesn't happen so often. And a dramatic sunrise from the 9th floor! 🤩 We're grateful for our host Ognjen for his hospitality and help with meeting and accommodating us.

I’m back! Premium Planet Deluxe is the only place I want to stay when I am in Niš, and my second stay was just as magical as the first. The host is incredible; he greeted us warmly after we messaged from the border, making our early arrival seamless and stress-free. The aesthetic is a visual dream. It is rare to find a place that stays this perfect, but this apartment is a rare diamond. Every corner is worth a photo. Beyond the beauty, the comfort is top-tier: the bed and sofa are both wonderful for sleeping, and the kitchenette is ideal for cooking anything you want. The terrace remains my favorite space to spend early mornings and evenings, watching the city transition from glittering morning sunshine to the hushed, glowing moonlight of the night. I will definitely be back again!

If you are looking for the “true home” experience in Nis, this is it. Premium Planet Deluxe isn’t just an apartment; it’s a feeling. I rarely feel truly “at home” when traveling, despite staying in many apartments, but here, it was different. The apartment has its own unique heart, and for a few days, it beat in perfect sync with mine. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by festive vibes — scented candles, golden nuances, a Christmas–themed tune in the background, and a warm atmosphere. The interior was beyond my imagination; a palette of ivory, cream white, perfect pearl, beige white, and gold. I have never seen “69 shades of white” blended so perfectly. The host went above and beyond. After crossing the border, we messaged to ask about an early check-in. The response was warm and accommodating; he met us, guided us to the underground parkin & ensured everything was seamless. There were no hurdles at all. Even the checkout was ideal: no hassle, no bustle, just perfection. The Aesthetic: The design is a sophisticated blend of ivory and festive golden tones. From the grand chandeliers to the immersive LED backlights, the lighting is brilliantly done. Every corner of this place literally shines bright like a diamond. I loved switching on the LED illumination in the evening to sit and “pre–blueprint” the day ahead in my notepad under that soft, luxurious glow. The Space: The apartment is ideally everything: ideally clean, ideally illuminated, ideally furnished, and ideally decorated. It features a spacious hall, a large bedroom, and a living room with a great kitchenette. The terrace opens up a “wow–view” of the city: in the morning, you see the glittering sunshine and the golden–lined silhouettes of the city waking up; in the evening, when everything is hushed, you see the glowing moonlight and the sparkling lights of the bustling night city. If I could build a home in this life once again, I would want it to look exactly like this.
