Lady on the front desk during check in was great and helpful. Location is great and room is nice.
Coffee during breakfast was pretty bad. Also, maybe they should add some additional choices for breakfast.

Location was nice, room clean (but too small and no windows - see the "didn't like" part).
This is an apartment complex, and we booked Family room with two rooms. Apartment photos on Booking gave wrong impression: room looked nice and bright. But it turned out that all photos were actually taken in different apartments. There were no photos of the second room. In our apartment both rooms were very small and did not have any windows except the ceiling windows, so it was pretty dark and uncomfortable. Reception staff told me that they have different types of rooms, and I should have indicated which room I wanted. I did not expect that I should have explicitly ask for a room with a window. I do not recommend Urban Lodge for family stay. The bed mattress is way too firm. There is no elevator, we had to climb to the 3rd floor by stairs with our luggage.
