Splendid

Everything was surprisingly nice and even better than I’d imagined from the booking site. We rent a two bedroom apartment and it was plenty of space for five persons. Peaceful and calm, no disturbing traffic or noise. We really enjoyed to “be at home” in this apartment. One of us had to participate in videoconferences a few times and the WiFi worked well. The personal was welcoming, so helpful and friendly, the price was really nice. So was the breakfast that we could make a reservation for the day before and sit down and start on time in a cozy small restaurant. Large portions that really helped to make a good start on the day. We’d love to go back.

The hotel met our expectations. The staff was very kind and responsive, always reacting promptly to our requests.

The only downside was that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the restaurant during breakfast, even in the non-smoking area. However, this seems to be a general issue in Serbia rather than a problem specific to the hotel.

Location

The hotel is small, with a bar-restaurant on the ground floor. At first, we were given a room on the third floor. It looked decent, but all the windows faced the bar-restaurant’s exhaust system. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and food inside the room because the windows were not airtight, plus a constant noise from the ventilation, which was especially noticeable at night. Opening the windows was not an option either, as it only made the smell worse. We were only able to change rooms on the third day, to a room on the second floor. That room was better, as most of the windows faced the street and we could ventilate the room properly. However, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. That helped. During our five-day stay, housekeeping was done only once, and not very thoroughly, and only after we specifically asked for it. On the other days, we collected the trash ourselves and left it outside the door so that at least it would be taken away. Breakfasts are à la carte. A couple of dishes were quite good, but overall the food was very average. The staff were mostly friendly, although when we first asked to change rooms, we were refused. Only after we said we were ready to check out did they offer to move us, and even then only starting the next day. The main advantage of the hotel is its convenient location, but I would not recommend staying here. I’m sure there are better options in this area.

The hotel is located in a good area for nightlife, with friendly staff and close to the city center.

For a long stay, I personally don’t think it’s the best solution. They have room for improvement.

We loved this hotel and its neighbourhood!

Everything was excellent. Great location in a nice and lively neighbourhood, with walking distance to shops and many sights, a good choice of breakfast, and the apartment and its facilities was very much to our taste.

Amazing hotel

The room was big and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was polite, kind and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant! The location is perfect, near the city centre. Strongly recommend this hotel!

Twobedroom apartment on 4tn floor. Perfect terrasa. Perfect cleanness. No neighbours. Private transfer. Good breakfast.

Old chairs on perfect terrassa. Not perfect tile on walls in bathroom. No bath at the bathroom. Tea, coffee, water are not presented at the room. (But you can use minibar.) Damned smokers at the 1st floor cafe.

Exceptional

The apartment was just perfect, comfort, well designed and spacious. Although the rooms were oriented against the street, we heard no sound from it and slept peacefully. We specially liked beautiful enlightenment in the apartment and the little balcony. You can use the little but well designed spa in the cellar of the commodity. Special thanks to the very kind and profesional ladies👍🙂.

Passpartout is an excellent hotel. Top location, nice rooms, loved the sauna (Turkish, Finnish and jacuzzi), loved the hospitality of the staff and the food. Highly recommended.

Last week we stayed 3 nights with our baby aged under 2. The staff were all great very helpful and smiling. Breakfast was great, various food changing every day. The Hotel is located in a quiet street, just a few minutes walk to Knez Mihailova Street and a super market. Thank you Passpartu Home Garni. Highly reccommended.
