    The hotel itself is what you would expect from a standard 5-star property. The facilities are good, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall quality meets the expected standard. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by a very disappointing incident involving the front desk staff. We had two separate bookings and informed the hotel accordingly. Despite this, our belongings were moved from our room without prior notice. Even worse, some of our items were left behind in the original room. When we raised the issue, we were told that we could not remain in the first room because it had already been assigned to another guest. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that it was still around check-in time, and we were also told the room was currently being cleaned. The explanation we received was confusing and did not inspire confidence. While it later appeared that the hotel was indeed fully booked, the communication throughout the process was poor, inconsistent, and left us feeling that our concerns were not being handled professionally. The issue was not the room change itself, but the lack of communication, the unauthorized movement of our belongings, and the fact that some of our possessions were forgotten in the room. For a 5-star hotel, I would expect much better guest service and attention to detail. The facilities are worthy of the rating, but the front desk experience fell well below the standard one would expect.

    We lived the city but too hot for last week weather. Staff at Hyatt Regency belgrade was amazing. Specially Katarina, Luka, Aleksa and Andjela at Club house were exceptional. Staff at Metropolitan and reception were very helpful. Hotel needs to check ACs in each Rooms on 7th floor and need some upgrades in the rooms. We will recommend this hotel for sure....
