Exceptional in every way

We stayed with my husband 13-16 of February for the 4th time at this wonderful hotel. When we arrived a surprise was waiting for us as our deluxe double room was upgraded to suite .... Special reference to dear Bratislav the most polite friendly and helpful receptionist ever who remembered us ! Also the lady at the reception who was there when we checked out was extremely polite . Thank you Jump Inn thank you Belgrade for one more time , we are looking forward for our next visit !

It was very nice. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

When I chose the room, it stated it faced the road. But the room I stayed in faced the interior. This bothered me a bit because of my claustrophobia. I don't know if it was a problem with booking.com or the hotel. It was still very nice, and I recommend it.

Freezing cold 🥶

We stayed at Jump Inn Hotel in early October and overall had a good experience. The hotel is very fresh and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also tasty with a nice variety of choices — a really pleasant surprise.

The reason for our low overall rating comes down to one major issue: there was no heating in the rooms. For us, after living in Thailand for almost two decades, 10–12°C feels very cold. Both my wife and I had to sleep wearing joggers, socks, and sweaters just to stay warm. After spending the whole day walking around beautiful Belgrade, returning to a freezing hotel room was quite uncomfortable. When we asked about it, the staff explained that the central heating in Belgrade doesn’t start until the end of October. That’s understandable, but for a 4-star hotel, there should be an alternative — either an independent heating system or at least portable heaters available for guests. I asked for a heater but was told they didn’t have any, and there was no effort to help find a solution.

Overall, a great stay and I will definitely come back

A clean and cozy room with a beautiful balcony and a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great convenient location.

There was a drain odor coming from the bathroom, likely due to ongoing construction work on the nearby street.

I will stay again

The staff friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is very good near to most of the destinations by walk. The room was clean and specious the bathroom big. Delicious breakfast. Market in front of the hotel helps to cover daily needs.

Beautiful, classy hotel with a great cafe and wonderful service

Gorgeous hotel with professional and helpful staff (on desk 24 hours!). Everyone spoke perfect English which we appreciated. The location was ideal for the one night that I needed somewhere close to the airport and some city attractions like the waterfront and much more.

Not the hotel’s fault at all, but there was some nearby construction that made it a bit hard for taxis to park. I was there in late August 2025, so hopefully construction will finish soon, but just a heads up!

Carpet was stained and the faucet in the bathroom was loose. Access to the property was blocked due to road construction. There was no information for guests ahead of time about the best way to get to the hotel due to road work.

The breakfast of the facility was very nice, the location is already in the best place possible, but we liked the caring attitude of the staff the most.

Humble but grand

The location worked really well for me. Easy access to public transport and city centre. I didn’t expect the rooms to be so well put together. The staff were fantastic, open and yet not in your face. The breakfast was the best! The family member I traveled with was unwell and I can’t explain how great full I am for the staffs sensitivity and brilliant amenities.
