I literally love this hotel and consider it my go-to option for the upcoming Belgrade visits. It's comfy, lovely and with the nice kitchen. The personnel is welcoming and friendly. I love that they provide a comfortable and easy-going solution, not another problem. I highly appreciate that.

I don't think of it as "I don't like it", I really mean it as a "possible improvement". So, they have a fridge in rooms with extra paid drinks. It might be cool to have juices there - even more expensive, but natural. It's not a big deal, though.

Overrated. Not a bad hotel by any means, but I think you can do better for the price.

The location is great, the room was comfy and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was solid.

Little things, like the shower head being partially broken, having to pay for coffee capsules and even tea bags from the room (that was the first), the TV was really small and ancient, and the juice that was being served for breakfast was just some cheap syrup mixed with water. I had the feeling this hotel was all about cutting costs and having features just for the sake of it. Also, at the time of our stay the hotel was at full capacity and there were a lot of noise, with kids/young adults running around the hallways screaming, even late at night.

Great location - close to the city center and the A1 airport shuttle service. Good breakfast - many different choices. Stable wi-fi.

I'm sure this was a great hotel when it was new. It feels a bit abandoned/mismanaged - easily repairable issues with water drainage and faucet, old soiled carpet, scratches and marks all over. If management decides to invest a bit of effort into maintenance, it could be an outstanding hotel.

Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended

The hotel was spacious, very clean, and conveniently located near several attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety.

The only downside was that the toilet was broken, but everything else was great.

It's worth staying

Spacious clean room. Comfortable, large bed. The location is convenient for getting there by A1 express from the airport. The old town is about 15 minutes walk away. Excellent varied breakfasts. The hotel interior is wonderful. Marko and Slobodan, thank you for your help with all questions.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service, but Noise and Elevator Issues

My two-week stay at the MARK Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room was both comfortable and spacious, offering a great environment for relaxation and work. The hotel staff (specially Marco and Slobodan) were exceptionally kind and accommodating, with the reception even granting a late checkout without any hassle. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed, bathroom, and work desk, as well as the hotel's central location, which made exploring the area convenient. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious and satisfying start to each day.

Despite the positives, there were some drawbacks to my stay. My initial room faced a street with tram traffic, which was somewhat noisy. Thankfully, the hotel moved me from the third to the sixth floor, mitigating the issue slightly. However, like many hotels, internal soundproofing was poor. This became problematic during two nights when a group of teenagers on an excursion frequently slammed doors late into the night. Additionally, the single elevator often became congested during peak times when the hotel was busy or hosting large groups.

I booked a standard room and they gave me an apartment room for no extra fee. The staff was very polite (Marco, the guy at the reception when I arrived explained me everything about the hotel). I liked Belgrade and I this city has a great culture and atmosphere.

Good hotel and everything reachable

From the first moment employees were very kind and clear. Location of the hotel was good, not far away from cultural places and there were a lot of restaurant/cafes nearby. Very large markets were nearby such as İdea and Maxi. And i want to visit cafes upside of Cvetni Trg.

Breakfast was good but when i read the comments expected better. Room was generally clean but the bed sheets weren't. Bathroom could have been better. I knew almost all the buildings in Old Belgrade are very rusty but referred to photos we expected better place. Actually everything was good but comments made us expect better.

This is a good 3-star hotel, but never a 4-star hotel!

Provided branded shower gel and soap from Rituals.

The toilet flush wasn't working smoothly, needed to apply some tricks to make it work. The shower cabin was overflowing. The heating was too loud, so I was sweating when turning it on and freezing when turning it off. Leaving it turned on wasn't an option. No short-term parking for taxis or middle-term parking for visitors. Provided coffee (with pads) in the room is not free, water neither. In the evenings the reception was empty. The street is very busy and the tram is passing by, almost all day, with wake up guarantee every time it was passing by.
