    Not happy with our stay! I read reviews that rated this hotel as exceptional, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. The room wasn’t very clean — the floor was sticky, likely from not being properly cleaned. There was a large crack in the wall near the door, and a socket was hanging off the wall, which felt unsafe. One of the biggest disappointments was the parking situation. The listing mentioned a private car park, but nowhere did it say there was an additional €25 charge. We arrived at 10:30pm after a long day of travelling, and when we raised this with the front desk, we were told the charge had been in place for four years and asked to show where it stated the parking was “free.” While it didn’t say “free,” it also didn’t say there was a fee — which is misleading. Had we known, we might have explored other hotel options in the area. Finally, at breakfast, there were no available tables, so we had to wait for others to finish before we could sit down. Overall, quite disappointed — I’m not sure how this hotel is rated as exceptional based on our experience.
