Everything was excellent — the staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you needed. I highly recommend this place because the location is great. There are places to eat nearby, and a bus stop close by where you can catch a bus to almost anywhere in the city.

Beautiful place, perfect location, great value

There’s no doubt this is an amazing place — intimate, clean, and with excellent service. The room design is beautiful and creates a great atmosphere. There’s a large parking lot nearby for those arriving by car, and it’s only a 4-minute walk from a lively central area full of shops, bars, and cafés. We really enjoyed our stay.

What I didn’t like was that we were three people, each with a bed, but one of them was a sofa bed. It was extremely hard, and waking up after a night on it caused serious back pain. That was the only thing I didn’t like.

Great location, short walk to grocery store, parks, restaurants. Secure location with multiple locks to access building. Also, they helped us retrieve our luggage that the airline lost so this was much appreciated.

Perfect stay for exploring the city

location was great, you could walk everywhere within the city center, staff was nice and the room had a nice appeal just by looking at it. I'd stay gain if I visit.

the fact that there was no reception, there was an issue with the TV showing a message I couldn't remove, I know there's an emergency number but since it didn't feel like one I didn't know what to do.

Nice modern rooms in a convenient location, with friendly service.

Excellent room, very clean and modern and very comfy bed with good quality bed linen. Very compact room, well designed and good amount of storage space. Wifi was excellent and air conditioning worked well.

There was a little fridge in the room, but didn't seem to work - water and drinks stayed warm.

Short Trip

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Belgrade. Thank you Miss Teodora in front desk for making my stay wonderful and memorable.

Great stay overall; recommended!

It's a new spot that has a bright future ahead! From the start, I got a good impression. Teodora, who was the person communicating with me via WhatsApp, was quite helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and helped with arranging a shuttle to and from the airport. She is also quite friendly in person. So is the guy who also works there (I just realized I didn't get his name). He was especially helpful when I needed something fixed in the room. There was a blinking light that was a little bit annoying when I wanted to sleep but he was super attentive and fixed it! I appreciated the quick response. The hotel is quite central, so you aren't too far from the heart of the city. It is also a comfortable walk, in either direction (at least half an hour), to walk to the Belgrade Fortress, Church of Saint Sava, or the waterfront, for example. It also helps that next door is a bottle shop where you can buy cheap but strong beer (also friendly people)! There are also nice affordable traditional (with better tasting food than I expected) and foreign cuisine restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Overall, I was happy with my decision to stay there and would stay there again! Ps. Yes, you can pay with a card there, and they are quite flexible/reachable if you come outside their working hours.

I guess I just wasn't sure if they had a policy to clean daily or not. To be fair, I didn't run out of anything, but other than the first night, I don't think anyone stopped by to clean while I was out (at least, not in the way you'd expect). I didn't ask but might be something to find out. This second thing isn't a bad point per se, but I do hope they eventually get permission/the opportunity to do something about the door. At first, when the cab let me off and saw the old brown doors with graffiti (cool in its way, see pics), I wondered if I had been scammed lol. Just not the image you expect, when you consider hotels vs low-end hostels. But then Teodora explained to me and everything was fine. Once you get inside, you realize there is a hidden gem inside haha. Ps. for the hotel staff - Something I didn't get to mention while there: It might be worthwhile to have the shower door checked. Water seems to get out somehow. Not terrible but it might be possible to prevent it somehow? Just an FYI :)

The room is very spacious, well organized and super clean. Even though the windows were facing the street, the room was not noisy. The hotel has a convenient location, close to most historical sites. There is a bog selection of cafes and restaurants close to it.

Really clean rooms with modern style. Welcoming and helpful staff. Located in the city center. Great for last minute travel if you wanna have that hotel feeling of a stay. I am a frequent traveler to Belgrade, and will definitely come back! Highly recommend!!

Resepsiyon 10.00-16.00 arası deskde ama onun dışında wp hatlarından istediğiniz saatte iletişim kurabiliyorsunuz.Wifi si de gayet iyiydi.

Isınmak için yaktığımız klima aşırı gürültülü çalışıyordu belki sadece bizim odada bir sıkıntı vardı uyurken kapatmak zorunda kaldık sesten dolayı (6 numaralı oda )

Konum merkeziydi, city center yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otele check in saatinden önce ulaştım. Bagajımı bırakıp dolaşmaya çıktım ve bir saat sonra odamın hazır olduğu mesajı ulaştı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Yatak ve oda temizdi ancak banyodaki lavabo musluğunun su akan kısmı kireç tutmuştu. Elimi yıkamak dışında dişlerimi fırçalamak için kullanamadım. Şişe suyla dişlerimi fırçaladım. Banyodan kötü koku geliyordu ama kapıyı sürekli kapalı tutarak sorunu çözdüm. Koku sorunu yüzey temizliği ya da gider borularından geliyor olabilir.

Kliması iyiydi. Olanaklar güzeldi. Sıcak su, kahve, sabunlar, duş ürünleri vb iyiydi. Bir kullan-at terlik iyi ve pratik olabilirdi. İşletme sahibi Teodora son derece iyi birisi ve size yardımcı olmaktan mutluluk duyuyor.

Ses yalıtımı maalesef çok başarısız. Uykunuz hafifse tekrar düşünmelisiniz. Özellikle lobideki sesler tüm odalardan canlı şekilde duyuluyor.
