Great location and super friendly staff

The location is perfect, it can’t be better! The staff is extremely friendly, from the minute we arrived everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The parking is just next door which is also very practical. We will definitely come back!

The pillows are too high and too hard. It would be good if at least there would be one lower, softer version.

Generally i like the stay.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the location couldnt be better!

In the evenings there was air conditioning problem. The room was cold but reception said it was working properly but it wasnt. And smoking was forbidden in entire hotel. There could have been a terrace or a room for smoking..

Super comfortable stay in Belgrade

They upgraded me from standard room to suite. A beautiful gift. Excellent breakfast. Strategic location. Attentive staff. All good. All areas clean.

I could find only one elevator. Perhaps there are more, but fine. Not many areas to smoke, if you are a smoker. Otherwise all fine.

Great location and lovely staff

Location is absolutely perfect right in the city centre but it is very well isolated and we did not hear anything in the night. Staff is absolutely lovely, they were non-stop available and very kind and happy to help all the time! The room was very clean.

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for as it is a very good standard of the rooms right in the heart of the city centre.

Highly recommended place to stay.

Very nice place to visit. The room was very quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Localization is great, just city centre nearby with a lot of places to visit.

You have to ask form bathroom slippes and bathrobes, however it was stated that every room have them.

Very central on the shopping street, super friendly staff, trying to make the best of the stay, coffee machine in the room, there’s a small gym and spa upstairs, they open it upon request.

For the price the interiors of the hotel is not four star hotel in my opinion.

Fantastic stylish hotel in the very heart of the city. My room was very well designed and convenient. If you’re staying at this hotel everything within a short walk distance. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. I will definitely return.

The hotel is located right in the centre and is convenient to walk around to the main attractions including shops and restaurants. It is a pedestrian street hence it was quiet. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay

Fantastic location right on Knez Mihailova. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and on duty 24 hours. Thank you for the room upgrade :). Large comfortable room with a Nespresso machine. Close to all the sights, cafes, and the bus station.

Wifi was very patchy and the shower was only ever warm water, never hot.

Poor breakfast and internet!

Location

Breakfast was not as described . Also, I pay twice the value for the Breakfast. My friends book same price with me 2 persons. Me 1 person and force me to pay more Poor internet all day and spending time on calls never reply back to me. I dislike the behaviour of the frond desk about the internet is OK Also I dislike the way they tell me that my booking is not included Breakfast. This poor Breakfast 5 euro you offer me for 20 euro. I am expecting explanation and not simple sorry. .

ok but could have been better only of the AC was managed a bit better

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good.

Room was clean. However there are things to improve, the bathroom door made a squiky nose that was very irritating. The AC was set at a certain temperature and it can be changed only at the reception. This was not told to us, so the first night we had a disturbed sleep due to high temperatures. The corridors were also not air conditioned, which made the place uncomfortable.. the staff was friendly. breakfast was good.

The suite was excellent, good Aircon, comfy bed and great location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well equipped, and the room was clean.

I thought breakfast choice was a bit limited. E.g. only one kind of fruit juice. This said, it is a smaller hotel, so it it probably goes with the territory to a degree.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel is very well located, in the shopping street but quiet at night, it lacks iron to be perfect. the staff was very pleasant, and warm. The taxi can’t get to the street, so he drops you two minutes walk from the hotel. This didn’t bother me, but it’s good to know.
