Truly a fantastic stay

The hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s a cosy and spotless hotel, perfectly located within walking distance of everything. The spa was a great bonus, and the highlight was the delicious breakfast — a wide variety of freshly prepared options.

Possibly understaffed in the evening, our receptionist was alone with some rowdy russian customers who ate her dinner ( thought it was funny) - brought her to tears.

Location and good breakfast, lobby and traditional and modern entrance in same time, obvious attempt to make hotel more attractive

Dust and dirty in the room, footprints, no trashcan in the toilet, no parking available nor the information about it and wrong price mentioned here on Booking - 10eur is just for 6hrs - not whole day - on public parking 300m away from hotel. Mixed room while checking-in and no data available about reservation, not prepared spa for usage in working time. There cannot be anymore rooms in hotels 3 or 4 stars with very soft bed mattresses.

I rarely write bad reviews, but I do when I feel cheated by a hotel — which, unfortunately, was the case here. I chose this hotel mainly for its location (close to Skadarlija, perfect for late evening walks) and because it advertised its own parking and a free EV charging station for hotel guests. To be sure, I even sent an inquiry beforehand and received a positive reply confirming that the charging was free. However, upon arrival, I was told that EV charging is actually 15 EUR, even for guests. I was also informed that if I wanted to park in their parking lot — which consists of only six narrow spaces in a tight dead-end street, busy with pedestrians — I would have to leave my car keys at reception because they constantly move the cars as guests come and go. Since my car has a small battery and would consume at most 1 EUR worth of electricity, I can only say that the hotel betrayed the trust of its guests and damaged its reputation for the sake of a 1-euro trick. A very poor decision.

Great central yet quiet place to stay with wonderful reception staff

It was very central yet extremely quiet and very clean. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful and very pleasant. They helped us with restaurants to go to and booking taxis. The breakfast was not very good and the breakfast staff not helpful

Great stay in a quality hotel. We loved it.

The staff/receptionist were very friendly and knowledge able. Safe, quiet(!), great location, close to center and transportation. Excellent breakfast, amazing selection for this size of hotel - and everything was fresh! Bed was very comfortable and room also very quiet.

Great breakfasts!

Well situated for the old town and close to the lively bohemian quarter. Friendly staff and a good size clean, comfortable room. And quiet at night too! But the real treat was the excellent breakfast! A wonderful spread of fresh, quality options, good coffee, and pastries. We enjoyed our stay at The City Savoy!

Hotel Savoy is a cool smaller boutique hotel in a perfect location for accessing Belgrade city centre. The hotel has a good positive vibe and all rooms and facilities is modern and new. Rooms are spacious and well designed. There is access to a SPA and the breakfast buffet is well assorted with fresh dishes.

The breakfast was excellent! The bacon was especially delicious! I arrived at the hotel early, and the front desk kindly arranged for me to check in ahead of time since there were available rooms, for which I’m very grateful! The room is very quiet, and the only issue is that the mattress is a bit soft!

The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was tasty. The location is nearby the main historic sites and great restaurants.

Hotel is in the centre of Belgrade, great location but limited parking space. Rooms were new and very clean. It offers slightly different breakfast every day, so we were lucky to try kajmak and local cheese.

It is not a type of hotel where you can find a space for relaxing, like lobby with a view or garden, but you can find plenty of restaurants in vicinity that offer that.
