Comfortable, elegant, nicely equipped hotel in the very centre of Belgrade, the best there is.

Hello, we had a very nice stay here. We loved the location of this Hotel. Centre centre, just what we wanted. We choose this room because we like to cook for each other. So a kitchen was a must. It was there and it all worked out very well. If we needed extra tools or pans it was brought. The breakfast was small, simple but sufficient, nothing wrong. The room was very silent, everything was there and also the staff from reception, cleaning and others were all very nice to us. They helped with taxis and where to buy things we needed. It was truly a very nice experience and when we come back to Serbia we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our stay so good. We loved Belgrade especially the theatre.

We do think that a cappuccino or espresso for breakfast should be included in the breakfast fee we paid. We would recommend a glass door in the shower. Water now splashes everywhere. But definitely not a dealbreaker.

Great stay as always! The room was very comfortable and spacious, the front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the location is excellent — right in the center and within walking distance of everything. This wasn’t my first stay here and definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended!

A peaceful journey, a peaceful accommodation

The breakfast embodied the concept of a Balkan breakfast. There was traditional Ajvar and burek, and the breakfast was decent and peaceful. The hotel reception was genuinely friendly and honest. There are worker at reception 24/7 and they are helpful. The room was much more spacious and larger than I expected, the heating was nice, and having an air purifier in the room was a plus. The hotel is centrally located; the famous street can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Thanks Zepter Hotel and thanks Belgrade for giving me such a wonderful holiday.

The hotel is located on a very central street, which made it extremely easy for us to get in and out and reach anywhere in the city. We arrived as a group of six girls, so we chose the large room, which turned out to be perfect and very comfortable for all of us. The rooms are beautiful and everything is super clean. The housekeeping is done daily, including cleaning and changing the sheets, and the level of cleanliness is exceptionally high, perfect for someone very sensitive to cleanliness like me. The staff is very kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was very fresh and offered a wide variety of healthy options. I especially appreciated that dairy and meat were separated, which was great for me as I do not eat meat. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Perfect location and very hight standard!

The staff is truly excellent. The hotel has a small parking garage that is usually full, but after I explained that I needed frequent access to my car during the day due to business meetings, the team made every effort to arrange a spot for me. This showed a very warm and professional approach and made me feel genuinely welcome. The gym is excellent, offering everything needed for a proper workout. The sauna is also very good — I didn’t have much time to enjoy it this time, but I definitely will on my next visit. The rooms are very well equipped: each one features the Zepter air control system, and the Zepter coffee and tea machines are of very high quality, reflecting the brand’s high standards.

Quick Belgrade Trip

- The staff is always friendly, ready to assist, and very helpful; - The rooms are tidy, spacious, and give you the feeling of being "at home"; - The location is great for many reasons, while it does not get too loud (given it is the city center).

- I believe that the breakfast needs some polishing. Serbia rightly prides itself for the quality of food and its local specialties. Some of that could be better reflected at the breakfast buffet, but that is all really.

Exceptional location and staff

I had a bad accident when I was in Belgrade and needed to be taken to hospital. The staff went above and beyond in supporting me when I came back from Accident & Emergency, finding a clinic to get a fit to fly certificate, going out to buy a set of crutches for me, locating a pharmacy, extending our hotel room, directing all calls to my room 24 hours while i worked with insurance in UK, bringing copious amounts of food to the room, arranging taxi's etc. All with great care and concern. Thank you Alexander and the whole team, your were so kind, I am so very deeply grateful.

Absolutely Fabulous !!!

The staff were absolutely incredible. So helpful and ready to please. Always with a smile on their face. The location was amazing one minute from the Main Street and center. The rooms were so spacious with very high ceilings. And very very clean!! The breakfast was delicious. Thank you Elena and your team for making our stay extra special.

I was not able to turn the air con off. It would have been nice if their terrace had a bar as views from up there were great. That’s it basically. Everything else was great.

Best hotel in Belgrade

Huge rooms, clean, comfortable, professional staff. I often stay here in my work travels. Hotel is in the old centre, with nice small restaurant.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and food.

1) Great location, 15 minutes walking to the majority of the attractions. 2) Staff is great, very helpful: They shared some options what to visit, where to book tours to the remote areas of Serbia, rent a car, which taxi to use etc., On Wednesdays they have Jazz concerts with live music. Restaurant provides dinners till 10pm (separate pay) 3) There is a gym - well equipped. 4) Rooms are equipped with Zepter products, including healing systems and air-cleaning, water-filters etc. This was great. 5) Food is fine, there is a choice of everything people normally eat at breakfast. You can also ask separately for porridge or other shape of eggs (e.g with mushrooms or tomatoes) with no extra charge , or for anything else like latte or wine with extra pay (but prices are fine there) 6) They have great choice of wine at the bar, also some special Serbian ones.

In one bedroom suite: 1) The room is well equipped for regular stay, but for long period: e.g. there are not enough clothes racks for two-three people. There are no drawers in the bathroom or near the bedside tables: hard to arrange your things. There was a stove, but no pots and pans, no little spoons etc. 2) Shower does not have a door which is common in hotels, but glass wall separating shower zone from the toilet zone was too small. So the water was spreading across the floor in the bathroom and became slippery. We used towels to wipe it out. 3) One day we used sauna, but it had a few issues which we reported to the staff. I hope, they will fix it soon. But sauna for sure is not used often there. Almost everything can be fixed by the staff if you ask them. Which means hotel is perfect, if you like talking to people. But for guests with autism, or poor English/no Serbian, who prefer not to contact staff for every case, could be a bit challenging.

Excellent one issue

Would have liked to give it a 10 or 5 star rating. Location the best close to attractions and restaurants. The hotel is extremely pleasant. Excellent location at the beginning of the pedestrian street. The staff are excellent and very attentive. Large, quiet room, good Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning and shower are excellent. Ideal mattress, firm but not hard. Small, basic gym, with the bare minimum. .

The problem with breakfast: Given the standard of the hotel, there should be more options and local food. But it is satisfactory. What is not satisfactory is that smoking is allowed in the breakfast room with food displayed as a buffet. I complained and they offered to take the food to the table in the restaurant next door. They said that the space is open. It is not and even if it were, smokers can perfectly well go without smoking for half an hour during breakfast. They go without smoking for hours on the plane. If they can't change that, they should have an option for a rate without breakfast. Despite this problem, the hotel is great and worth

I had a suite which is located in a very narrow corner. Neither me nor the hotel had control over the air-condition temperature. It was hot all the time, and when I asked them to turn it off or lower the temperature, they told me they have no control over it and the only solution is to open the windows as well!!!

The night went terribly wrong :(

The staff were great. We really liked the apartment. High ceilings and a layout that felt like a labyrinth were such joy

Probably the worst night of our lives. The bed was too hard and the pillows were too thin and too soft. It was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t fall asleep. By the middle of the night we started our quest of finding something more comfortable to rest our heads on. Let’s outline what we had at our disposal: 2 default pillows, 2 decorative pillows, 2 pillows from the sofa. Remember combinatorics? We tried every single one pillow and every combination of two pillows for a person. With no result. Even with all the exhaustion we couldn’t fall asleep. By 4 a.m. both of us started experiencing itchy backs. By 5 a.m. we checked out and went to another property.

Not clean and not for value

Staff very friendly

unfortunately the hotel is really dirty. I personally assisted to the cleaning of the room. They do not use vacuum cleaners (so the carpets remain very dirty and full of dust). They clean the floor with an old dirty rag without ever putting clean water. They don't even use detergents and disinfectants for the bathroom. Just old water. Time for claning 40 sq,meters: 2,5 minuts Very terrible and unacceptable. From the attached photo you can see the result of a white towel that I passed over the floor after it had been cleaned. It is totally black and full of dirt Parking: few places not always available and the system works very COMPLICATED!! Hotel is a little be old and it needs to be renovated
