The staff is excellent,front desk and dining room.The breakfast buffet is very good.The location is walking distance to the city center,the Danube,etc

Good value for the money

The room and it's view was great as well as the Wifi. There were 2 TVs in the room which was a good bonus. The staff was also pleasant and friendly to interact with.

Minor issue was that the duvet had a bit of dust in it; this made it difficult because I have a dust allergy. So I had to remove the duvet and just use the thin cotton duvet cover over myself. It was late October, so it wasn't too cold, but this could be an issue in the coldest months.

- Convenient location - Reasonable price

- You have to ask in advance for a dental kit, otherwise you may not find it in your room - The currency exchange counter didn't have any EUR or USD at the time of my check-out, so I won't count on it if you are visiting Serbia and want to convert your leftover cash back.

I cannot understand where all the good reviews come from, as my experience was completely different.

• The staff were friendly and made a pleasant impression. • After check-out, I was allowed to store my luggage in the luggage room for a few hours, which was very convenient.

There was visible mold in the bathroom. • The air conditioning was not working. • The bathroom door could not be closed and squeaked extremely loudly. The same problem seemed to exist in the neighboring rooms, as I heard doors opening and closing throughout the night. • Walls and wallpaper were damaged and in poor condition. • The window had no functioning mosquito net. • Water did not drain properly in the shower, causing about 5 cm of standing water after a short time. • The hotel is very run-down, stuck in the style of the 1980s, and does not match the description or photos online. • For the price of €81 (including breakfast), the value for money is absolutely unacceptable. • I hoped that at least breakfast would be better. While the food itself was acceptable, the coffee from an instant machine was of very poor quality and can hardly be called coffee. The orange juice was also not freshly squeezed but just low-quality nectar. • I cannot understand where all the good reviews come from, as my experience was completely different.

Tiho mirno u centru

Rezervisali smo dan pre dolazak sa double krevetom, obavestili su me da ce mozda biti dva kreveta ali da ce da se potrude da bude jedan veci, i potrudili su se, hvala na tome! Mirno , tiho a u centru, hotel ima dusu i svoj sarm. Hotel Turist iz Kraljeva moze da se ugleda na Prag.

Price/performance is really good

We stayed in a family room, and can confirm that pictures of the room are reliable. The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The Republic Square is just a 10 min walk away. Breakfast is sufficient. There is a parking garage just 100 m away (graza zeleni venac).

Nice hotel in the city center

Nice hotel with great location to see different areas of the city. Staff is kind and helpful. Room was small but convenient.

Slow elevators. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Due to ongoing protests buses were not working as usual.

The location was good and we also liked the breakfast.

The bathroom door was a bit broken when we arrived and we assumed cleaning staff already informed the reception. Somehow reception thought we broke the door ( unless we carried an hammer in our suitcase) and blocked our room card😁 After explaining, they unblocked but we were annoyed .

Pleasant stay in springtime Belgrade

Excellent location, great views from the room, clean and quiet, very large rooms

Rooms were a little on the warm side, air conditioning didn't seem to work well, in the end we opened the windows to cool down the room, it was ok because it's early spring and we were on the sixth floor, not sure how the summer would be or on a lower floor

All-around a very pleasant stay with one smaller problem

Location is excellent. The main street, 'Knez Mihailova', is on 5 mins walking, very slightly uphill though. A nice and relatively affordable restaurant within hotel complex. Professional stuff, very polite and helpful. Clean and mostly new things. All in all, overall good accommodation for the money.

No classic AC (thermostat-like regulated temperature that didn't cool down well) and I had a rather hot room, especially in the evenings. I was advised to open windows "on a tilt", which is not ideal solution at night, with all the weather, noise, air quality... I believe this might be a major issue during warmer months if nothing is different - my stay was early April so it wasn't that problematic.

Good choice for the price

Location is great, staff is friendly. Whenever I am in Belgrade I usually stay here. That was my fifth time.

Sometimes you can hear the ventilation working from another room, which might be disturbing during the night.

The staff took calls meanwhile I was talking to them, I find that a bit rude. The other staff was however nice and helpful. Standard was ok but nothing special.

Location was OK, but that was about the only really positive thing I can say about the hotel.

The communal areas were fine. Spacious and well kept.

I was expecting the room to be small(ish), which it was. I was also led to believe that I would have a garden/terrace view. The hotel seemed to have neither and I was given a room overlooking the road. Views of the city… depends on what counts as a view. My own room looked across the road at a couple of semi-derelict buildings.

Great location

The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious. Good offer for breakfast.

The room could be cleaner, and the beds more comfortable. You get only one pillow. No slippers or ear buds provided, only shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Good value hotel near main bus station

Hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from bus station, which is why I booked here. It had a good view of the city and was easy to check in and our because it is a 24 hour reception. The staff were all very friendly. I appreciated that the gentleman at the desk offered to organise a taxi for me upon check out.

Water was slow to drain in shower. Although it was convenient to walk to the main bus station there wasn’t much else in the immediate area. I was traveling solo and walked at 0600am to bus station which was fine although I probably wouldn’t have felt comfortable doing that in winter or if it was earlier in the morning. Not great dinner options to suit my preferences. Also, if you are walking to hotel, just note that it is on a slight hill (ramp) so getting to hotel is not as pleasant as walking to bus station.

Good location, friendly staff, clean facility

The hotel is located close to the city center, so it is easy to find it and it is easy to reach the areas for traveling in the city. The staff is friendly, breakfast is pretty good, rooms were clean and the bathroom with toiletries was perfect.

While arranging reservation you need to be careful about the parking area. Even though from booking.com it looks like the hotel includes parking, there is no free parking area. The parking costs extra on top of the room reservation. Other than the parking issue hotel is great.

Nice room, old style hotel

The room was newly furnished, they had chocolate croissants for breakfast :) a mix of sweet breakfast and savoury. It’s very close to the bus station.
