Great central hotel with a pleasant overall experience.

The hotel is located in the city center, so we were able to walk from place to place. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. We got massages twice, and they were really good—the girls working there are excellent. Breakfast was included in our price, but there wasn’t a large variety of dishes like we are usually used to in European hotels. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Excellent location, efficient staff, nice cafe and restaurant with great view of the city and clean rooms.

The book with all the costs of items in room that you had to pay if you did some damage. Also they changed me 79€ for a 3 hr earlier check in.

A wonderful and relaxing experience I’d definitely come back again!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel is modern, very clean, and beautifully designed. The SPA area is relaxing and wellmaintained, the location is ideal, in the city center but still peaceful and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. They really made the stay special with their hospitality.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was great — I slept really well. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent: fresh food, plenty of choices, and good coffee. It’s clear that the team cares about quality and details. The location is perfect — close to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back.

We stayed here for our anniversary and really enjoyed our time The location is perfect – right in the city center, yet the street is quiet and peaceful. The staff were truly amazing: very kind, attentive, and always smiling. They even upgraded our service when they learned it was our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa area is fantastic: there’s even a salt room, something I’ve never seen in any other spa before! The pool is warm and comfortable, and those heated stone loungers are incredibly relaxing. Both the sauna and steam room have perfect temperature and atmosphere. The room was spotless, modern, and had a smart home system – it’s great that you can control all the lights through it. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV was huge! The view was nice, overlooking one of the main streets, and from the restaurant upstairs you get an amazing panoramic view of Belgrade.

We could hear some noise from the neighboring room (mainly footsteps and doors), but it wasn’t a big deal. The only real issue was in the restaurant – a few plates looked oddly “cleaned” but not spotless. The food itself was fine, nothing special but definitely decent.

Quality of breakfast was under average. The recommended parking was safe and easily accessible, but requires approx. 5-minute walk with luggages, which might be a bit inconvenient.

The location is perfect, the room is very clean, quiet and comfortable, you can control everything with a touch panel on the wall, very good spa including salt room, the staff is very kind and helpful Definitely will be back in the future

Lovely Holidays Belgrade Center

Excellent location of the hotel close to every attraction of the city , near the park and really in everything you need ! Breakfast was good , bar on the roof also very nice and the movie inspired floors really amazing ! Staff of the restaurant were very polite and helpful and also the girl at the pool reception!

Pool temperature was really low , sure below 22 Celsius degrees and that was something that we didn't like cause you couldn't enjoy the pool !

Great choice for 1-2 nights stay in Beograde

Room we had (standard double) would be spacious enough for 2 persons, but was rather tiny for 3. Next time would choose a bigger one. Aircon was located just above the sofa where the kid slept. It is impossible to locate extra bed anywhere else in the room. Bathroom was great, although there were no hooks for the towels and bathrobes. Breakfast was really worth paying for it. Location is super. Pool is not big but the spa zone is nice in general. Staff at the reception were very helpful.

A wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel – highly recommended!

We loved everything about the hotel the facilities were excellent, the spa and pool were relaxing, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Great Location, Awesome Staff, Great Breakfast and Amazing Spa!

The location is great. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel prepared the room for our family for the evening stay so everything was ready. The breakfast is good, the spa is brand new and amazing! We will stay one more night in Belgrade after our trip, we are definitely staying in Lumiere hotel!

Overall it is all good. Very little things. For example, after you enter, there is no hanger to hang your things. If you wear a jacket, or a coat, there is no wall hanger. In SPA, there are no wall hangers at all. if you want to enter spa, and you have a towel or a robe, there is nothing to hang it on. The floor in the spa becomes slippery once it is wet. It is very normal that the floor is wet in spa (because it is spa), so it would be great if the floor is anti slippery

This stay made me to enjoy my not very easy trip

The hotel was very-very good with super rooms and nice staff. All you need is in your room including huge plazma and comfortable bed. Rooms are clean. Breakfast tasty with limited assotment that is cooked perfectly. Bonus of the brelfasts is sights - the restaraunt is on the 9th floor (in fact - 11th). Location is great: near the pedestrian street and cool sights.

Great stay, the best thing about the hotel is the location right in the very center of Belgade.

Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. The room was exceptional, we especially liked the huge TV with many channels. The room itself was very luxurious, with a great bathroom, and we liked the many lights.

There was a bit of noise, both from outside, as well as from the construction in the lower floor of the hotel.

Location great. Refurbishment works disappointed us.

-The free bar due to the hotel opening the day of arrival. However, the bar wasn't stocked up daily and we had to ask for it to be stocked up. It was stocked up following a few requests -Location was excellent. -Breakfast improved over the days. But only because there were 20+ guests.

- The hotel was still undergoing construction phase developments. - Spa facilities were not open. - The toiletries were not replenished on a daily basis. - High floor request not granted as refurbishment was ongoing. Following confirmation that it was granted. - Not much help in booking a taxi to our venue resulting in us paying 50% too much. - Staff sitting around on phones and chatting or not available at all. - No reviews available on Booking.com due to the fact it undergoing refurbishment and this was not explained to us as Booking.com said it was new to the site. It should never have been placed on Booking.com website until all works were finished or at least be explained so disruptions can be expected. Potentially this hotel will be a fabulous hotel. However, it was not explained why there were no reviews due to refurbishment ongoing.

В номере было очень жарко. Не смогли разобраться с кондиционером. Хотела поужинать в ресторане отеля. Но к сожалению, в ресторане никого не было. Ко мне никто даже не подошел из официантов. Ушла ужинать в другое место.

Mini barı doldurup kullanılan her ürün için ücret talep etmek bence çok saçma o şekilde olacaksa hiç olmasın daha iyi

Çalışanlar yardımcıydı. Orada olduğumuz sürede yan binada yangın çıktı. Ama çalışanların profesyonelliği sayesinde otel çok iyi boşaltıldı ve organize edildi. Ayrıca detay detay bilgi paylaşımı yaptılar. Sadece rezervasyon yaptırırken, kahvaltı dahil yazısı olmadan yapmayın. Kahvaltı var yazısı ile yaparsanız kahvaltı ücretli orada yersen ödersin sonucu oluyor. Konum mükemmel. Heryer yürüyerek. Resepsiyon personeli çok iyi ve başarılı. Nöbetci müdürleri olan bayan titiz davranıyor.

Çok fazla bir şey diyemicem. Havuz çocuk için çok uygun olmayabilir sadece.
