Everything was perfect

The water temperature of pool is too low. We trembled after 5 mins we entered. We ran to sauna and back to pool every 5 minute.

The location was excellent; very central and perfectly positioned for easy bus and tram connections across the city. All the great bars and restaurants were just a few minutes’ walk away and Knez Mihailova was also very close. Breakfast was very good, offering plenty of variety and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also had a full body massage with Jelena in the spa, and she was fantastic! The 1hr massage cost 50 euros and was absolutely worth it; I would highly recommend her. The spa area was spotless and beautifully maintained. Although compact; the sauna, salt room and steam room were all generously sized. The swimming pool and surrounding seating area were lovely, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The large bed was fine and my daughter and niece slept comfortably.

The size of the room was disappointing; it was very small, although functional! The sofa bed was extremely flat and uncomfortable!! I woke up with significant back pain the next day It was also positioned very low which made it even less comfortable. Another drawback was the spa opening hours! The spa only opened at 11am while checkout was at 12. It was a shame as if it opened at 8 or 9am we could have enjoyed the swimming pool before checking out on our last day. I believe the spa opening hours should be adjusted to allow earlier access so guests can use the facilities on their final morning either before or after breakfast prior to checking out.

The hotel was very comfortable and well maintained. I really enjoyed the clean and stylish room, comfortable bed and atmosphere. The location was also convenient for exploring Belgrade.

The pool area was often quite crowded with children, which made it difficult to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Although the pool was adults-only after 20:00, this was not very convenient as the adult-only period was limited to just 2 hours in the evening. A longer adults-only period or designated quiet hours during the day would have made the spa experience much more relaxing.

The brekfast was amazing with great food and views.Great coffee and juice.staff were very helpful.

only the weather but you cannot control that!!!Apart from t hat belgrade is amazing place to visit.felt much safer than home in london.
