Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The reception team was professional, welcoming, and available 24/7, always ready to assist with any questions. We were especially touched by the thoughtful compliment and birthday greeting prepared for my wife on the first day — it was a very kind gesture and truly appreciated. Thank you for making the occasion feel special. Parking availability was very convenient. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. The location is also a strong advantage — well positioned and easy to access the main areas of the city

The room felt a bit warm during our stay. When opening the window for fresh air, there was noticeable street noise due to the busy road outside. Since it was February, air conditioning was not in use, so it was sometimes challenging to find the right balance between fresh air and quiet. Additionally, some surfaces (such as shelves) could benefit from more thorough dusting.

Had an average experience at Central Point Hotel

The room was really spacious as compared to rooms in other hotels within similar budget. We were offered complementary fruit basket and nuts. The location is also quite ideal, as the Republic Square is only a few mins away by walk and the bus station is also a few steps from the hotel. The staff at the reception is very helpful and offer prompt solutions to any issues/requests we made during our stay.

I wouldn't say I was happy with the cleanliness. The room is carpeted, it had spots/ stains at various places. The most disgusting one I found was on the velvet chair and bed throw. The sheets also had stain which we got replaced. The first day when we returned to the hotel expecting a clean room, we were shocked to see only the quilts were tucked in - nothing else was done. Even the bed sheets were not tucked in and the pillows were exactly lying where we left them. However, after I made the complaint, the housekeeping staff were immediately sent to clean the room. Complimentary water bottles were only provided on our first night, they were never replaced. The buffet breakfast had very limited items on the menu, which were also not labeled so it would cause inconvenience to anyone with food allergies or preference. Im not sure why its mentioned 4 star hotel, I dont think it is.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at Hotel Central Point! Everything was perfect — from the friendly and professional staff to the modern, spotless rooms. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Belgrade, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed, and very quiet, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality — the team truly makes you feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend Hotel Central Point to anyone visiting Belgrade. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, style, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely come back!

Excellent hotel, clean, beautifully furnisher, everything works and stay super pleasant and helpful.

The location is perfect, all parts of central Belgrade are reachable on foot or using the excellent, and free, public transport. We expected a standard 4 star hotel and only chose this one because of the fact they have a garage, but the hotel far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautifully furnished, modern and extremely clean hotel. The breakfast is excellent, rooms spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom perfect and even has a bidet! The staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional. We will for sure stay in this hotel again on our next trip to Belgrade.

Good for a weekend getaway

Great location, air conditioning was cooling but only to 22 degrees in cooling summer mode (which was enough for me for a normal sleep), good size of rooms. Also, the registration desk was open 24/7, which was very convenient.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes and perfume, which was supposed to kill the smoking smell, I guess. The bathroom was regularly flooded after even a short shower, and personnel couldn't do anything about it. Also, the street noise can be heard with the windows closed; keep that in mind if that bothers you (personally, I got used to this sound and slept well).

Check-In was late night,- absolutely super friendly staff, also the friendly checkout was a delight!! Central location, for me it was just perfect. Breakfast was really good. Did not know the place yet, the young lady at the reception explained me a little about the location, everything so relaxed and natural ( thank you for that!)

The daily breakfast was absolutely amazing, full of great options and fresh and delicious. We loved breakfast and loved the size of our large room. We loved the sauna available as well, was a nice touch! The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and polite to us. We had a very enjoyable stay in Belgrade due to this hotel! Perfectly centrally located and easy to walk anywhere, we felt very safe. Great location.

The hotel - just 10-15 minutes walk to the center

The hotel is very well maintained. It looks brand new although it is already 5 years old. From the concierge and the receptionists to the bar tenders and the waiters in the restaurant, all were smiling and kind, providing excellent service.

Good place to stay

Nice modern hotel, good location, helpful staff. The room was very spacious, with many places to put your belongings. Despite the hotel being in the center (100 m from the protesters), it was quiet in the room. A few groceries are just 5 5-minute walk from the hotel.

There was a place for a fridge in the room, it'd be great to have one there, considering the warm weather. Some of the bed linen was torn. It'd be great to have more variety at breakfast.

- They are doing a very good job with breakfast. They have a small buffet but variety is very good and everyone can find a good selection for themselves. - Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. - Location is wonderful. Walking distance to many landmarks.

Budget stay in center of Belgrade

The room is small for 2 people.

They do not provide basic stuff like kettle, tea cups, iron/ iron board in the room. You will need to ask for this stuff, which is expected from a 4 star hotel. We asked the kitchen to prepare halal breakfast, something vegetarian, if halal was not possible, but they placed the veg stuff they prepared alongside pork. We kind of could not enjoy the breakfast.

Not a pleasant stay.

Relatively new. Kind staff at reception.

On a very busy and very noisy (uphill) road with roaring cars and buses. Can’t keep the windows shut because air conditioning is often turned to heating (it got to +26 C in our room and was impossible to sleep), and each room doesn’t have its own air control. It’s controlled centrally, by floor. If you are alone, you can get a single room towards the back, and sleep with an open window, but if you need a double room, you are in trouble.

breakfast was nice like other european four or three stars hotels..room was very clean,they clean everyday.staff and personal was so kind and they try to help for all subjects..and location is very good,you can arrive so easy to famous street.

Elegant hotel with a superbly accommodating staff.

The room was excellent. Everything was as new and worked flawlessly. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets did not smell of washing soap (very important for me!). Markus, at reception, is not only respectful and uncommonly helpful, but he also has an in-depth knowledge of the city and the best routes to take, whether walking (Belgrade was made for walking) or taking a taxi. I was going to order dinner one night as I wasn’t feeling so good, but he suggested I try the restaurant. Oh boy! The gnocchi with mushrooms was out of the world - and the panna cotta. I highly recommend eating at least one night in the hotel !

The heating system took a day to understand, but in the end, it works beautifully. Just the first morning was a bit cold. The breakfast is more geared to the local tastes (which makes it an adventure - that’s seriously not a bad thing), but the resto was six floors down, so I couldn’t just grab a cup of coffee and take it to my room. This is nit-picking, because there really isn’t anything to complain about.

Very good geographic location, about 20 minutes walk to the city center. But it located at a big crossroads, and it’s very very noisy all day long and all night long. It’s not convenient to open the window because of noise. Very bad cleaning services inside the room, although outside area - the lobby, the dining room, corridors are very clean.

In terms of tourism, the location of the hotel is in a very good place. Tourist attractions are within walking distance.

We were very satisfied in terms of service and comfort. However, the sound insulation in the room window can be strengthened, because the traffic noise on the street is heard in the form of hum.

Lovely, comfortable stay in modern central hotel.

The room was very spacious with new furnishings and tasteful modern design, made us feel very comfortable. And we had a personalised note left in the room along with some fresh fruits which was a very polite welcome. The staff were great, especially the lady in the evening shift at the reception was very kind, knowledgable and most helpful, she really cared about the guests. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name but she was good looking and tall!
