Location good close to at Sava but a fair way from the city centre if walking. Trams are easy and free Staff were just fantastic. Focused on really good service and so friendly

Maybe put some maps of Belgrade (English) on the reception area. I know we use phones but when we have no eSIM then we can have a pocket map

Loved it

Breakfast good , staff amazing ( couldn’t help you enough ) location great , nice area of Belgrade , roof top bar / restaurant amazing , went for football ( England v Serbia ) so close to both red star and Partizan , 5 mins walk from the most amazing church ( not religious but the inside is breathtaking ) walking distance to centre 20 mins or taxi ( book via hotel ) lovely place , will Definately return

The pictures did not match the real room. I booked a room for two, but received a very old (not what is on photos) room for one person - there was one robe, one card. The room was clean, but with a terrible smell. The AC didn’t work - it was blocked by a broken window sensor, even though the window was closed. For the money paid, it was a very poor experience.

Great hotel, very well furnished/decorated. In a nice location with amazing view of Saint Sava. Very close to new beograd central station. Very kind and helpful staff.

Before arrival there was a data breach that caused me to receive scam direct messages from the official account of the hotel. The showerhead in the room was faulty and not functional.

Convenient location, valet parking, check-out is at 12 PM and breakfast is till 11.

The property is in an urgent need of renovation. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Very neglected and dirty, with a specific stench in the room. The walls, the carpets and doors have suspicious spots on them. Even the toilet was dirty inside, which is unacceptable. Breakfast is not worth it. It was simply not good. This is one of the most disgusting places we have been, and the price of over 120 euro per night is outrageous!

My parents recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crystal Hotel in Belgrade, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated near some of the city’s best museums and walking spots. Whether you’re strolling to explore history or just enjoying a leisurely walk along the nearby streets, everything feels conveniently within reach. One of the highlights of the stay was the restaurant on the 7th floor. Not only does it offer stunning views of Belgrade, but the food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a meal and soak in the atmosphere at the same time. For those who like to stay active, the hotel’s fully equipped gym was a pleasant surprise. It had everything they needed for a solid workout, from modern cardio machines to weights, all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsible—always going the extra mile to ensure they felt welcome and comfortable. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. I’d highly recommend the Crystal Hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and top-notch service!

Great hotel with the best personal I have met.

The hotel was very clean and the stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They prepare us food bags for the road, which my kids loved it. The hotel stuff deserves mark more then 10.

The waiting period for getting the food at the roof top bar can be improved. But no serious objections.

The only problem is the location but it is still ok. The car is parked by the personnel as they have a tight parking, but it was ok for us .

Very clean, excellent staff, also the hotel bar offers incredible view of the city.

We have ordered hotel taxi to air port for 35 EUR, we have expected a nice car of the hotel we kept seeing in front of the hotel, but instead they called a regular taxi from the street - there was not problem with the driver, we just expected premium service for premium price, which we did not get.

Nice staff, good breakfast

Most of the public spaces smell of stale cigarette smoke. The bedding is far far far too warm, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Great hotel in a great location, good value for the money!

The hotel was in an incredible location, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores within minutes of walking. The room was spacious. The breakfast was quite decent, enough for every taste.

The room had bathrobe, towels, slippers and the usual shampoo, shower gel and lotion, but not ear swabs, tissues or shower cap. The instant coffee and teabags did not get replaced after first day. Not a deal breaker for me, but was unusal.
