A peaceful stay with a great pool, just don’t expect modern style...

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made sleeping easy. The location is quiet, with no traffic noise, and we enjoyed relaxing by the clean and deep pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel isn’t in the city center, there are restaurants and shops just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient.

The hotel building is very old and needs renovation. We noticed a strong musty smell in some areas, likely from moisture somewhere. The reception area was mostly empty, and we had to look around to find someone. Also, the location may not be ideal for people who want to explore the city a lot, as it's not very central.

Perfect spot for a city break

Great location, tucked away in a quite street and yet close to all of the cities main sites and activities. Amazing pool area with sun from early in the morning until late afternoon. Most of the room have a balcony overlooking the pool area. Helpful and friendly staff made our stay feel like we were at home. Will definetly make sure to book this place next time we visit!

The rooms were clearly last renovated a while back, however, everything is clean and functional. Could bother some travelers that are used to newer furnishings, even though we didn’t mind it at all.

Quiet location, would stay again.

I arrived late and had to leave fairly early in the morning, so it was really a brief overnight stay. My room was small but opened out onto the pool area which was nice. No complaints - it is a quiet and safe area, near the train stattion and the only noise was from passing trains which I liked. (not during the night though). I'd stay again.

Friendly staff, nice and clean environment

Even though it's not in the city centre, it is pretty close to bus and tram stops so it's convenient. It's quiet at night and safe to walk around the neighbourhood.

I wish there could be a bin in the living room.

Smještaj je čista desetka, u mirnoj ulici auto je na sigurnom, željeznicka stanica 750 metara, bazen (koji cu sljedeći put koristiti 😃) pogled prelijep, klima extra grije za nas zimogrozne, a domaćica Saška je predivna ljubazna djevojka, veliki pozdrav za nju od biciklistice 😁🚴‍♀️

Very nice staff. Nice terrace with swimming pool, where you can drink a coffe. In this hotel is also a small gym, jacuzzi, and common kitchen.

In The past it was for sure a beautiful place but today it has to be renovate.

Belgrade is an interesting city, and worth visiting.

The hotel is in a quiet street. You can park your car outside or in the nearby streets. It has a teracce & a swimming pool. The badroom had a bad and is quite roomy. It's located not far from the major touristic attractions, which can easily be walked to.

Clean room with good beds and a great pool!

Very kind and hospitable reception, very clean room and bed, good bed, sufficient closet space, very good air conditioning, bathroom tight but very clean, socket on both sides of the bed, refrigerator available (makes noise with cooling), desk with chair, bedside tables, well-functioning wifi, you can use a fitness room and a kitchen. You can go in all directions with trolley bus 41 (stop at a 10-minute walk). Very nice pool in the garden. Supermarket Maxi is very close so we enjoyed our own lunch at the pool.

No space to store suitcases, very good air conditioning, no soap to shower in the bathroom, overdue maintenance, beds are not made up daily, no breakfast available (this was not mentioned when we booked). No elevator.

Nice place, friendly staff

Really nice place close to the train station. The stuff was very friendly and the room very clean. It was nice to take a swim in the evening after a long hot day in the city. Very recommended.

Fairly basic but well equipped, friendly, good value on the edge of a very nice part of the city.

It is down a street and then down another street off the main road so felt a bit out of the way arriving at night. However if you want to be in that area of the city it is a good location, and a ten minute walk will take you to the bus stops - however I think you may need to buy a Bus Plus card in advance, I don't think there is anywhere nearby to buy them and not sure if you can pay with cards on Belgrade buses. Public transport didn't work for my journey after meetings in the centre because it was the slava (St's day) of Belgrade, but going back into the city worked ok. I was able to park on the very narrow street in front of the property. I was in a large room (family sized) one door down from the reception entrance. Yes it overlooked the railway tracks (also the pool but I didn't manage to use that or find the entrance) but it was quiet. I arrived very late and staff arranged for me to get in. They spoke a little English which was helpful for me as I don't speak Serbian. I also was able to use the small balcony to have tea.

The room was a bit dated but absolutely fine.

Nice apartment with a large balcony. The location near the station and only a 5 euro taxidrive from the center is ideal! Kind host.

Friendly staff, pictoresque street and district, supermarket Maxi in a walking distance 5 min, not far from vaccination spot in Beogradski Sajam, no taxi is needed to reach it. The room had everything necessary.

The quality of water is not very good, it smells unfresh.
