lokacija - odlična, parkimg - OK, pravovremeno nejavljanje osoblja na kontakt naveden u booking-u - u najmanju ruku nije OK, čistoća - OK, miris vlage iz platnenih podloga, etisona - i nije baš po ničijem ukusu... dio osoblja s kojim smo imali kontakt - vrlo uslužno.... uzevši u obzir sve parametre za ocenjivanje - ocena 7,3 bar za sobu u kojoj smo mi boravili (usput rečeno - nije baš kao ona koju smo imali na Booking-u prilikom rezervacije, slična - ali nije ista...)

Closest position to the Museum of Jugoslavia

We have selected Vila 011 due to the closest position to the Museum of Jugoslavia and Gazela bridge motorway that we planed to visit on our return from Istria peninsula Croatia to Skopje, Macedonia. The rooms ware Ok with all necessary facilities. Breakfast/ omelets ware also very good prepared according our wishes at the restaurant. So we are recomeding for a day or two stay visiting this part od Belgrade Dedinje or football stadium Partizan.

Bili smo smešteni u podrumu u sobi broj 5. Iz kupatila koje je preradjen nekadašnji javni wc (i dalje ima jedna vrata ispred wc šolje, a druga vrata ispred tuš kabine) dopire jak smrad kanalizacije, a u samoj sobi se oseća memla. Celu noć je radio ventilator u wc-u koji ne može da se ugasi a preglasan je. Smeštaj je jednom rečju JEZIV!!!

Great stay in Belgrade

Great owner, full of positivity, very considerate, good maners, great breakfast, good price, good position for walks in the city.

Just small details neded upgrading in the room and little over crouded with the aditional bed. But price beats all.

В целом жить можно, но второй раз мы не приедем, рекомендовать не хочется.

Понравилось оформление, чистота в номере, в холле и в целом на территории. На ресепшен всегда стоят чистые стаканы. Раз в 2 дня меняют полотенца. Заехали в удобное для нас время, арендодатель встретил нас в ресторане - соседнем здании.

Постоянный запах сигаретного дыма и канализации. Отсутствие чайника, кулера с горячей водой или иной другой возможности подогреть воду. В ресторане нет возможности, впрочем как и практически во всем Белграде, поесть не вдыхая чей-то сигаретный дым. Не совсем поняли, включен завтрак или нет, в описании номера при регистрации указывался завтрак, но он ни разу предложен не был, на вопрос о завтраке в ватсапп нам не ответили. Номер не убирали, а хотелось бы. Хотя бы пропылесосить ковры и помыть сантехнику. Ещё мигал фонарь все ночи за окном, но это уже вряд ли вопрос к арендодателю.

Завивките бяха чисти

Хигиената беше доста лоша особено в банята имаше един шампоан хед енд шоудърс, личи си че хората вътре пушат и е направен лош опит да се прикрие. Минимално старание от страна персонала които всъщност са и сервитьорите в заведението със същото име. Прозорците нямаха комарници и в стаята имаше комари, заради които не успяхме да спим. Най разочаровани бяхме от "закуската"- беше ни казано че ще ядем омлет без да ни питат дали искаме нещо друго, които бяха безумно мазни, добре че го сервираха с малко хляб та да попие от мазнината и две блудкави кафета, сметката за тази скромна закуска платихме 1920 динара или ~16€ за два омлета и две кафета... Мястото е подходящо да си викнеш ескорт но не и да отидеш с гаджето, което не спира да мрънка, но пък си е в правото.

Одлична локација, близу главних саобраћајница. Пријатно и мирно окружење.

Преградни зид између соба представља лошу звучну изолацију,, чује се телевизор из суседне собе током ноћи.

Neprijatan miris kanalizacije,prozora mogu reci haman pa nema nikako,podrumske prostorije ili kako oni kazu prizemlje,nije tacno to je nisko prizemlje i prozor ne znam da li ima pola metra.
