A good and comfortable stay

The location was central. The apartment also was very big and had a lot of space. I could walk easily to supermarkets, restaurants and central places of attraction.

The water for shower wasn't working so well and it could be warmer in the cold winter.

Good place with amazing owners.

The owner is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, we had everything we needed. The kitchen is amazing.

The place will be even better if you fix the toilet seat, lower the shower curtain to keep water from running onto the floor, add more hooks for towels to the bathroom, glue the threshold trim in the hallway to the floor, fix the drawer of the nightstand, add the locker to the bathroom door and the bedroom.

Close to the center. Comfortable and clean.

Great location! Everything is close. There are many cafes, large stores, a shopping center nearby. We walked to all the sights. Trams 7 and 12 go to the bus station. The apartment has everything you need, it is comfortable for three people. Clean, comfortable beds. We arrived in Belgrade at night, the hostess provided us with self-check-in, which was very convenient. We will come back again ❤️

loved and wonderful the best place in Belgrade

I really loved my stay in Cvetri trg the studio is very big even better than pictures everything was wonderful perfectly clean and all the utilities working perfectly the studio is perfectly located exactly on the square in central city and everything nearby you can do everything walkable but also all the public transport are free so really easy to use it also the bus to the airport is exactly at 5 minutes from the apartment so everything was wonderful and perfect during my stay and the host Jelena also was wonderful very lovely kind and helpful in everything so I just can say that take this studio is the best choice in Belgrade!

Nothing to say, just it could be much better and less disruptive for the people

It is the good location, however, other than that everything else is asking for some improvement. To change towels, more often, also cleaning of the place was poor, and especially very rude people, better to say one particular person, living the next door was so aggressive, angry, noisy and absolutely disruptive during the midnight time, and when politely asked to keep it little bit more quiet because of the people who pay to have peaceful night, she started to yell even more, calling us names and threatening with the immediate expulsion because it is her house and she can do whatever she likes. It was a very scary, rude and aggressive behaviour of the young lady who was or drunk or maybe even used some drugs. So the experience was truly awful, and for that reason I won't ever go back to the same place. Never.

Great place to stay to experience Belgrade!

It’s in a great location surrounded my many cafe and is in walking distance of Belgrade water front, Kalemegdan, and church saint sava to name a few

The keys were a pain, the bed could have been hit with a roller but other than that it was great

Beautiful apartment

Loved staying at this apartment, it was right at the heart of the center, great host with good communication. Modern, clean apartment, really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

The cleaning lady was nice

This apartment is definitely not for anyone who likes fresh air and privacy. The smell from restaurant that has their vents just in front of the entrance is unbearable. Also the window is looking at the hall an has some poor excuse of a curtain and everyone can see the inside. Fortunately I only used the apartment to sleep, but even for that time it was not pleasant. Also the closet my just fall on your head if you open it too swiftly.

The place I stayed was a very nice place, I was informed by the owner of the house on the day I would come, the location of the house is very nice, I walked everywhere, I came from the airport by taking the A1 bus, I got off at the last stop in the square and after walking for 5 minutes, I reached the house, a few streets away, the house was very clean, I did not need to take a shower. I had no problems, I felt like I was at home, I liked it very much, I definitely recommend it.

Awesome location, poor wifi

Awesome location, close to downtown, a lot of nice restaurants and cafes around

1) Poor WiFi connection. 2) No cleaning services during the 7 days stay. 3) My room was the smallest one, no space, not possible to get any natural day light cause the rooms are kinda hidden in the building. 4) Wasn’t able to remove the window blinds cause the room window overlooked onto common corridor, which was very uncomfortable and made the room very darkish inside.

Rooms are very clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel added advantage. You can find many restaurants and a 24hrs grocery store in front of the gate. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The owner of the property speaks English, so you can easily communicate with her and she is a very nice person.

Cute apartment in great location!

This apartment is situated on a pedestrian road off the main road. There are many cafes and restaurants along the road, as well as a kiosk. It is very central to the city center, and the location is just perfect! The apartment is cute with 1 bedroom, and the additional bed is situated in the open plan living area/kitchen. Communication with the host was good, who contacted me a few days before my stay. I do advise you ask for check-in instructions beforehand in case you don’t have internet to contact the host when you arrive as they are not always there when checking in. I would recommend this accommodation for someone looking to spend a couple of days in Belgrade!

Great room, bad bathroom.

The property is in a great location. You’re close to many main sights around Belgrade with easy access further afield. There’s great bars, restaurants and cafes outside. The bed and bedroom was comfy and nicely decorated. The property was was good value for money and the lady that greeted me was very friendly.

The only reason I have marked the property down is due to issues I’ve encountered with the bathroom. I preface this with however the fact that the lady that met me, was very honest about all the issues and faults in the bathroom: 1) The shower head was missing but the lady brought me one. Unfortunately, it leaked when in use. 2) The railing that held up the shower curtain was hanging loose and came off at one point. 3) The toilet seat was cracked which made it VERY uncomfortable to use. Also the property would have benefitted from the use of a kettle. If these issues were rectified, I would mark the property higher.

Very good

The hostess was very responsive, and the apartment was super clean and quite comfortable for two people for a short stay. The best thing about the place was its location, right in the centre of the city with nearly every sight in a walking distance.

The noise! There’s a restaurant downstairs, and the noise coming from the AC and stovepipe (I guess) operating the whole day made our stay mildly speaking uncomfortable during the day. Luckily, we were out in the daytime. However, in the evening you’d pray for the restaurant to close so you could get rid of the disturbing noise and rest!

the facility was truly poor. the toilet seat was broken and the shower curtain too. the room has zero sound isolation and there aren’t even real curtains, anyone can peek into the room and get a good glimpse of it.

Everything is perfect!

My recent stay at your place was wonderful, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures provided were a true representation of what to expect. One of the highlights of my stay was the location of the accommodation - it was only a short walk away from the city centre, which made it incredibly easy to explore the local area and see everything I wanted to see. I loved being able to walk everywhere, and the convenience of being so close to the heart of the city was a huge bonus. As for the accommodation itself, everything was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed to feel at home. The bathroom was clean and modern, and I appreciated the small touches like the complimentary toiletries that were provided. But what really made my stay special was the host. They were amazing - friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and I really appreciated their hospitality. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. Everything was as described, the location was perfect, and the host was amazing - I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Amazing location

The location is top 3 in Belgrade. Close to many buses/trams that take you anywhere in the city while being in walking distance to the most popular spots. There's a 24/7 market 1 min away and you're in the middle of the hip area called Vračar. The host is quick to respond and very quick to help with any issues that may arise. You get plenty towels and the heating and A/C work, there's a small fridge and some cutlery/plates available as well.

For me the bed was a bit too hard, but that might be a plus for you :). Also, the room is too bright with no good way of light-screening, which was an issue for me. If you like to wake up early/can sleep in light areas then I don't see an issue. Due to the great location many people and cars pass by, I personally do not mind this as I like "sounds of the city" and the isolation is good enough for me. But, if you are sensitive to sound you might notice it more.

Good location, but smelly and noisy.

The accommodation was of a good size and in an excellent location.

There was a smell of sewage in the property, rubbish across the entrance, it was noisy as it is street facing (and poor insulation) and the facilities predominantly outdated. It is clear that the host has not invested in the property and was charging a price that is not reflective of the relatively poor accommodation.
