SPA is just amazing to relax after a long walk. The reception staff is sooo friendly, in particular one who speaks Spanish. So supportive. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Bust stop just across the road to get to the city center in 5 min.

Bathroom was not cleaned after previous guests, only towels were changed. We found dirty toilet bowl. Hotel needs renovation.

The best pillows in all the hotels I have stayed in! Staff were all kind and helpful, especially Sasa a valet, cooks and waitress and waiter at the morning breakfast, a house maid on our floor, a lady at the reception whose name i forgot unfortunately ... well everyone really! Hotel was clean spotless clean, our rooms were always re-set when we left for outing!!

We are writing to you for your interest. I am not writing to you for my interest. We have stayed in many hotels around the world. Therefore, we would like to comment on our experience with your hotel. We drove to the hotel entrance with our private car. When we arrived, there were passenger cars parked in front of the hotel. Usually in front of a 5***** star hotel, we are met by a person who takes care of welcoming guests, luggage, and the vehicle. It was a beautiful sunny day, and the air temperature was over 20 C, there was no one from your staff in front of the hotel. We got out of the vehicle and went to the reception to arrange everything necessary for check-in. While we were checking in at the reception, a man who was supposed to be in charge of guests' personal vehicles came to the reception. He was visibly upset and asked us to go with him to our vehicle. He demanded that the vehicle be removed immediately. We were unpleasantly surprised. We grabbed our luggage and gave the man the keys to our car. He drove the car to hotel's parking. We've never been chased when we arrived at the official entrance of a hotel. We didn't complain. Anyone can have a bad day, even the man in charge of taking care of the guests' vehicles. We are writing to you for your interest, we are writing to you because the matter happened again after we left the hotel. Upon leaving your hotel, the same man brought our vehicle to the hotel entrance. Several vehicles were parked in front of the hotel entrance for a long time, but they did not bother the man. The man was only bothered by our vehicle, which he had just brought. We are surprised by this attitude towards guests. We are also surprised by the different treatment of guests. You have greatly disappointed us. We are willing to overlook many mistakes. But we are not willing to overlook unkindness. We paid fairly. We hope this writing will be of benefit to you. This is the sole purpose of our writing.

Location was convenient to the mall and to the event( Ed Sheeran/Calum Scott's concert-purose of my trip

Two adjoining rooms for a large family. Rooms are very good. Breakfast was excellent, and we took advantage of the pool, fitness, sauna center every day.

The spa was filthy badly managed and I was completely disappointed about that

I only stayed a few hours in the room, it was a big room, very nice. the light in the bathroom did not really work well (blinking most of the time). But overall very modern nice hotel

The staff, especially the receptionist was miserable. We felt a lot out of place and would never book hyatt again.

In general everything good.

The only thing that doesn’t seems right is that this is the second time i reserve a room with regency club acces and with views written “ city view “ “ river view “ ect, and the only view i got for the second time was city view. The first time I’ve been there at the reception they told me that all the rooms have it written that way will all the views included and its not guaranteed with part of the view you get. But if a room has city view write only city view because people get confused, me of all people. But beside this, everything was exceptional.

We really liked the big room, with a huge bathroom. The hotel is old-fashioned and looks like in the movie, the reception zone and spa are gorgeous!

It was my birthday and I used to receive small gifts or just compliments from the hotel, but there was nothing.

You need to go outside the hotel to access the parking lot but not a big deal. No free parking for hotel guests.
