All at once, similar to the cruise ship experience.

The bed was very comfortable and the spa was amazing!

Cleanliness and breakfast can be improved as well as some of the staff could work on their attitude, at least smile a bit. Not all of them.

False No-payment clause for reservation.

Reservation was made without an obligation to pay it said paid at the property the funds were reserved on my credit card and finally I haven't had a chance to stay at the hotel. The money hold was first released, then recharged on my CC. After complaining to the reservation staff I did not hear any response further.Be aware of "non-payment necessary" clause.

Lovely stay!

Staying at Crowne Plaza Belgrade is always a true pleasure, but this visit was by far the most enjoyable. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with high-quality bathroom amenities and a stunning view over the city, especially the Belgrade Waterfront at night. The breakfast was exceptional – rich, diverse, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, warm, and professional. I look forward to returning soon and sincerely recommend this hotel both for business stays and for those who wish to enjoy shopping and leisure afterwards.

We certainly won't be back.

The things we liked were the pool, jacuzzi, spa, one of the best massages I've ever had.

Let's start with the fact that the room is very dark. The gym was closed due to renovations but they informed me. The pillows are the most uncomfortable and both my wife and I couldn't fall asleep because of this. The breakfast is very limited and not as in the pictures. I attach real pictures. In addition, the hotel is very far from anywhere and what is written in the comments is not true. It took us about 17 minutes to get to the mall from the hotel on a quick walk and there is nothing in the area!

Good for Uche Park Concerts

Clean room Silent The room facilities and the bed are comfortable. Near Uche Park and Shopping Center. You can walk directly to Uche Park for concerts from your hotel. It's located on the other side of the city, where you'll find all the restaurants and other sightseeing spots, but you can get there with a taxi in under 10 minutes.

The breakfast is until 11 in the morning, and they literally kick you out exactly at 11. In most hotels, the breakfast buffet is cleared, and you still have some time to eat if you've already had your food. No, they really insist on finishing and leaving exactly at 11.

Excellent stay overall, with room for improvements

The location was perfect for us. The facilities were great, especially the pool and the surrounding area. Breakfast was okay, but there is room for improvement.

The gym could benefit from some renovations. A few pieces of equipment were not working properly, and the cleanliness could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Best hotel in whole Serbia

So friendly staff, so clean hotel, in amazing place near to everything, even the hotel was full but still you can’t hear any noises from other rooms, for me its one of the top hotels in Serbia, also there was a woman working in reception and she was super friendly, i just love it.

Nothing but there was a small problem in my room window that was broken and i know in fact that if i asked them, they will help me and maybe change the whole room but i didn’t bother to ask them haha

Magnificent Hotel

Clean, modern, though is Intercontinental level.

The AC was little nosier, but it was easy to adjust it. For the level of the hotel, the parking should be included in the rate for the guests.

Average quality, but expensive considering the local economy.

Generally good breakfast. Coffee was of good quality but dispensed by only two machines, one of which was out of order on my last day. Dining room furniture slightly utilitarian. The staff were professional, neither rude nor overly solicitous.

Room was relatively sparsely furnished, all a bit cheap and dated for the rates charged. Bathroom was good overall. Bed and pillows were fine for me, although colleagues in other rooms did not appear satisfied. The hotel had been undergoing some upgrading, which let to minor electrical type teething problems. The hotel conference facilities (not the attached conference centre) were borderline chaotic.

Everything was more then fine but I cannot forget the baby bed. One "small " detail but it can ruin

Baby bed! It is really unbeliavable that a hotel like this has a baby bed like from a nazi concentration camp or a zoo at best. Ofcourse, baby didnt want to sleep in metal bed with flat wooden floor (very thin matress, inadequate for sure) and sheets that were improvised (danger of sufocation). Transferable baby bed woul have been just fine (worth 50-70 eur).

Perfect get away and stay at Crown Plaza in Belgrade

Staying at Crown Plaza is a true treat for everyone visiting Belgrade. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, confortable, clean rooms with perfect bed and great shower. The central location is giving access to most attractions by bus or car; at night it is very quite. I highly recommend and plan to go back.

Good but not excellent

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel five months apart. And there have been significant service improvements since April 2023 Or maybe this was just related to the room we got. It was on the 6th floor with a backyard window view. The room was after renovation: new beds, new towels, freshly painted walls in the room, and carpet on the floor. Although bathrobes were old, with torn pockets. Bathroom - still unrepaired, condition 7 out of 10. The reception staff are very much friendly. The breakfast buffet costs 20 euro per person.

1) The huge minus of the hotel is smoking in the bar, which is basically part of the lobby, although there was no smell of tobacco in the room. 2) There are no shops near the hotel to buy water. I had to purchase "golden water" in the hotel bar, although the room service provided small bottled water daily. 3) The hair drier didn't work. They brought us another one, which also did not work properly.

OK if you are traveling and need your car to be safe overnight.

It was disappointing that for the pretty high rate/per night, no breakfast was included. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad the night I stayed and had to pay an extra 600 Dinar on top of the "room service prices" which was not noted anywhere. Not a nice touch towards a guest - be upfront and transparent. The salad was the pretty high price of 2,250 Dinar was drowned in dressing, literally soaked and so salty that I could barely eat it.
