This hotel is not worth the price you’re paying. The rooms are not clean,we even found hair on the table and coffee stains on the wall. We couldn’t sleep peacefully as every noise from the room above could be heard, and we had to call security.

Nice hotel, location, breakfast, gym.
But, terrible housekeeping. Worst in my life for a 4 star hotel.
Spilt a little coffee on my bed sheet, very visible. Waited to see if they would change it. They did not, some days, dirty cups not replaced. Other days, just rinsed, not cleaned (i can do that). Bed covered without any attention, all messy, wrinkled. Some days, garbage not picked (empty coffee packs sitting and not replaced). Shocking!!!
Also, i booked the hotel in a hurry, because it said breakfast included and free cancellation.
But, after I booked, no breakfast, no cancellation.
I could have stayed with friends for free.
Will be more carefull next time.
