Everything was amazing, from the room to breakfast and staff. Have nothing but nice things to say about the hotel.

Location
Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of what one would expect from a hotel of this standing.
From the first day, basic housekeeping standards were not met. The toilet showed visible stains left from a previous guest, suggesting that proper cleaning and inspection procedures were skipped before my arrival. Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping failed to refresh the in-room bar area or replace the complimentary water bottles for the coffee machine. Used glasses with half-empty coffee remained untouched for all five days, indicating that either cleaning routines were ignored or poorly supervised.
Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, requiring me to report it before maintenance was sent to address the issue. These are basic operational elements that should be proactively managed in any hotel, particularly one maintaining a four-star standard.
What was most disappointing, however, was the defensive attitude from both housekeeping and front-line staff when these issues were raised. Rather than acknowledging the concerns and seeking resolution, staff took the position that the complaints were unfounded—despite the issues being visibly obvious. This lack of accountability is inconsistent with the principles of hospitality.
Equally concerning, management did not offer any alternative solutions, such as a room change or gesture of goodwill, after multiple complaints. The overall response suggested a lack of experience and leadership oversight across several operational areas, including housekeeping, guest relations, and management escalation procedures.
A four-star establishment should not simply rely on branding; it must consistently deliver the experience that supports that rating. Cleanliness, responsiveness, and a guest-focused attitude are fundamental—not optional—components of the hospitality business.

First class hotel. We got the suite, and it was great. Spacious and well designed.
Location depends on your needs: It's not in the center, but easily accessible by taxi.
Breakfast is exceptional: A great variety of anything you could think of. Dining room is very comfortable and nice.
Coffee machine and kettle in room.
Nit: Only one towel hanger. Would be nice to have two.

Everyone in the hotel was brilliant especially the reception team. Breakfast had reasonable options.
Room cleaning services could have been better. The staff who cleaned the room every day did not broom the floor properly, was plenty of hair on the floor (my own hair).

I had an absolutely exceptional stay. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all expectations. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and fully prepared upon arrival — truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality service and comfort.

Most friendly personal. Milan is a very talented manager. They meet you sincerely as a friend, not just out of polite formality.

Clean, all you need, bathroom large and private, good food. Close to bus stations and public transport. The concierge, Milaiho, was brilliant in suggesting outings.
No swimming pool.

Breakfast was good
We stayed at this hotel one night with our family a year ago, having had a good experience last year around the same time. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing.
Upon arrival after a long car journey, my 11-year-old son mistook the stepped cushions near reception for stairs and stepped on them. The receptionist spoke to him in an unnecessarily harsh and unpleasant tone, which was very upsetting.
I had requested extra pillows during the check-in, but they were never delivered.
Although I clearly stated we were a family of four, the room setup was inadequate: one double bed and a very small child’s bed at the foot of it. This forced three of us to share one bed. We were too tired to complain during our stay, but it was not a pleasant experience.
Although we shared our dissatisfaction with the hotel, the management only offered an apology instead of sending a proper follow-up email explaining the reasons behind the issues and what steps they would take to prevent them in the future. Sadly, there is no guarantee that we won’t face the same problems again during a future stay.

The hotel has a stylish design, cozy, clean, and modern rooms, stunning views of Belgrade, a well-equipped gym, and a great à la carte restaurant.
The breakfast selection is quite limited, and by the end of breakfast time, the hot food containers are often empty. Additionally, the hotel is bordered by a road and a tram line on one side and very old residential buildings on the other, which—at least at first—doesn’t encourage walking in the area.

It is in general a good hotel. But it seems to me that the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. During my stay, the external temperature was about 35 degrees. It was very warm in the room. I talked to reception stuff and they declared help and sent a technician. After my return to the room, in the evening I did not notice the utmost improvement. I had no more time nor the desire for the next intervention, but I think that this air conditioning did not work. It was set to max performance and the room was really warm

The location is close to the highway leading out of Belgrade. The room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was big and good. There is an over all feeling of chic inside the hotel.
Slow staff. Excessive tasks they needed to do in order to check us in, although I had already went trough the online check-on process and have even provided a copy of my ID. It didn't matter.
Also the location is kind of strange. A lot of dust due to construction works going on around, the area is residential with a lot of small streets one needs to navigate around in order to reach the hotel.

The reception staff are good and the hotel is a classic hotel situated in an old Mill wall (which makes it awkward/difficult to access from any main road). There is parking on site which is great especially is such a confined space within the old mill. The security guys (parking) are also attentive and besides not seeing them in their office - the gate opened and closed without us having to wait. There is a also a restaurant and bar within the complex which was great last time we visited but it’s was kind of dead this time.
We’ve stayed at this property previously and ordered a family room then which was either double in size (adjoins rooms) or it was a much larger one than we experienced below.
Family Room: this was incredibly small and didn’t have beds for our kids set up despite us stating clearly we had two. They wanted 20euro for the beds but reception waived that - and the parking costs. The room would have been small for single/couple occupancy never mind quadruple so it was a big disappointment.
Restaurant: we ate there on the first night ordering the usual pasta for kids and meat for adults as we were told by reception that we would receive 10% discount. The prices were expensive but expected for the hotel and the young male waiter was overly friendly in a way that made me cynical and my instinct proved to be correct. The meat my wife got was costed per portion and somehow she got 6 portions - which wasn’t a lot but the price was extortionate.
The first wine we asked for (Chardonnay / Pinot) was dreadful and tasted of poor quality Raki (with cigarette undertones). So we ditched that and ordered a bottle of recommended white wine (thinking it would be cheaper than by the glass. The waiter then went into an elaborate BS discussion on a Serbian wine that only they can produce it. So I took it (being culturally polite) but again it was only marginally better than the first and never got better even by the third glass.
The biggest shock was the bill at over 300 euro and we left feeling that we were ripped off - in cost and taste. We also mentioned that we would have a discount of 10% but the waiter after some back and forth insisted that “it does not kick in until tomorrow night”.
The two nights at the hotel cost us 600 euro including the restaurant which was another 300 which disappointed us as our previous experience in 2017 was so much better.
