Excellent stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend it unequivocally.

The location is unbelievable! It's inside a mall on the top floors and right outside a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. The room was spacious for a family of 4 and the beds were actually high quality even though the pillows could have been better. Also it has a very rich and fresh breakfast.

The only issue we had was that 3 of our 5 nights of stay we didn't have hot water to shower but lukewarm even though we reported it daily it didn't get fixed.

What a great and lovely hotel. The interior designer and his team did amazing work. And also the view from the 4th floor on Belgrad is great.

This place tries hard to be a W hotel with cool and young crowd but the service you’ll get equates to a hostel.

Location and the room view were nice

Staff was horrendous, particularly the restaurant and bar staff. For two nights in a row, we were not attended to until we moved to the bar to order. Hostess gave me attitude when we complained about the no service…

Extraordinary place to stay

We stayed for 2 nights only, but it was really an extraordinary experience. The hotel is placed on the top floor of a shopping mall, so you can get everything in one place, the shopping mall is located directly in the very centre of Belgrade. The restaurant and BAR, which are located in the hotel, are really fantastic, with delicious food, exquisite cocktails, and the breakfast was just perfect. It is a great starting place from which you can explore this beautiful city.

Best Hotel for your stay in Belgrad, couldn’t have been happier there!

Amazing hotel very cool decorated with exceptional location in the middle of downtown. Staff was always very helpful and friendly and the room (large double room) had a stunning view to the park of the castle with all the commodities you can wish for. The breakfast was excellent, with a very broad selection of food and drinks, and the rooftop with live DJ‘s was just the best! Very convenient, that the hotel is located in the middle of a shopping centre, in case you forgot to pack something for your trip 😊

A little more amenities would be great (hair shampoo, shower gel), since we only had one little piece of each for 2 people. We could however have asked for and it was super welcoming, that we were granted juices, fruits and delicious cookies as a welcome gift, what a thoughtful treat!

Great vibes but ill equipped rooms

Best location near the fortress park, old town and the restaurants on the Beton Hala Great vibes in the restaurant and the terrace and live music

The architect never slept in the rooms, because they are so poorly designed: no drawers or cabinet for your clothing, no chairs but a bench, only one hanger in the bathroom, ridiculous bathroom table where all your items fall, building structure makes noise when warmed by sunshine at 6 in the morning.

Belgrade downtown … the perfect place to stay

The style is cool and relaxed. The location on top of a shopping center in the very heart of Belgrade downtown is just perfect. You find yourself in the middle of everything. I entered the chilled lounge like area on lobby level on an early Saturday afternoon and found people dancing 💃🏻 (yes, the DJ was already active) and in good mood. So I immediately liked this place.

Ma room had a noisy construction site just beside my window, so after my saturday party night ended around 5:30 a.m. my sleep ended 7:15 a.m. from construction works. This was a bit disappointing, especially on a Sunday morning.

Excellent location, right next to the park and in the middle of the shopping street (and having a mall under the hotel is also very useful). Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. The room was big enough for us and well equipped. The stuff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking is expensive, its best to use public transportation.

The interior design is very interesting and stylish, location is perfect! Staff is friendly and ready to help! Also I enjoyed the live music at the restaurant in the evening! Room was clean and warm!

1) You won't find any shampoo, shower gel and dental kit... Just a piece of soap, which says "ALL IN ONE"... Horrible, especially for this price 2) Breakfast has another horrible thing - you won't find any juices... just water and syrups... If you want a fresh juice, you have to do it by yourself! And that worst of it, that there are a small table with small knife... which you should use to cut the fruits! But if you wanna do it, be ready to get your hands dirty, and these "welcome" guys didn't put any napkins and wet wipes next to the station! So you have to go to bathroom! Also, they probably do not understand, that there should be a few juice makers, cause when someone makes juice with ginger, the next 2 or 3 guests are going to feel this ginger in their juice too! And for the citrus fruits it should be another juice maker Of course you can ask for a juice at the bar, but you have to pay for this! And lets take a look again at phrase "Breakfast included" 3) The whole reception is a merch store... guys, is it a hotel or H&M?
