Super Nice and Pet Friendly ❤️

Everything was perfect. All the staff were excellent, incredibly friendly, and attentive. Most importantly, it was a pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast was legendary, and we really enjoyed the spa.

Overnight in Belgrade on a way to Greece

Very nice stay. Everything was perfect. Easily accessible parking, great rooms, very comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. If I go to Belgrade I stay here.

Great location and kind staff, but with bad internet connection in the rooms

The hotel room for my booking was upgraded for free. Therefore we had more space than we expected during our stay. Moreover, the breakfast menu had plenty of options. The staff were polite and explained everything we need in a clear way!

The main problem that I faced during our stay is a Wi-Fi connection. It didn’t work at all — the connection was unstable and it was a significant inconvenience during the stay, since we had to use roaming and to pay extra money for it.

Old, run down, room access card service broken (we had to reactivate our cards EVERY TIME we needed to get back into the room), very dirty carpets. Not sure why we always get the worst rooms in every hotel we stay in. Is that “genius discount”?!

Excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel. New. Good infrastructure. I really liked the room, the hotel itself has a good restaurant. It is convenient that there is a SPA and you can sign up for a massage or relax in the sauna. Very friendly staff, who are always ready to help, to advise. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great hospitality and interior design

Excellent breakfast (a lot of choices). One of the best that I had a chance to have worldwide. Super friendly staff. Rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet. Access to the garage is very convenient. My fist choice whenever I come to Belgrade.

Internet access was not the best this time. I believe it depends on the room (position).
