A new hotel with all new facilities

I chose your hotel with trust, specifically requesting a surprise arrangement for my husband’s birthday during the booking process. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared, and even the most basic services were lacking. For three days, our room was not cleaned despite leaving the sign, towels were not replaced, the minibar was not checked, and even the water we consumed was not restocked. The lack of staff presence and attention throughout our stay was unacceptable. This experience has seriously made me question the quality of service and guest satisfaction standards at your hotel. However, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Željko from the restaurant for his kindness, smile, and excellent service. Didar Hepgüler

A perfect stay with exceptional service, comfort, and unforgettable moments

We hosted a family celebration for over 30 guests at the hotel’s restaurant, and everything was truly exceptional, from the food to the service. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable; the pool water is pleasantly warm for a relaxing swim, and the breakfast is by far the best in Belgrade. The terraces with city views at the restaurant, by the pool, and in the rooms - are absolutely stunning. One of the advantages is that parking in this part of the city is free, so we were able to park right in front of the hotel without any trouble. Thank you for making our celebration unforgettable!

Exhaust fan that was very loud and next to my room so I couldn't leave the balcony door open in the evening, room #26. The view from my room around the hotel, there are ruins.

No hot water, SOME staff not nice, dont trust their early check in confirmation

The night staff is nice. He helped us solve the room type problem swiftly and satisfactorily. The breakfast is good.

We requested an early check-in at 1:00 PM and received email confirmation from the hotel. However, upon our arrival around 2:00 PM, the reception staff informed us that our room was not ready and suggested we wait at the bar at our own expense. After waiting for about 45 minutes, there was still no update on our room. The staff was not very helpful; when we inquired about the status, we were only told that it would be ready soon. Unfortunately, our room remained unavailable even at the standard check-in time of 3:00 PM, causing delays in our plans. If we had known that early check-in wasn’t actually possible, we would have arranged our schedule differently, especially since the hotel is not close to the tourist center. Additionally, we were given the wrong room type initially, but the night staff helped resolve that issue, so I won’t dwell on it. However, a significant concern was that the hotel unexpectedly ran out of hot water on our second night while some members of our group were in the bath.

A wonderful hotel , ideally located

Location. The hotel is not far from Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG), between 15-20 minutes by taxi. It's also not far from the centre of the city, about 15 minutes in a taxi, but also conveniently, there are local buses that stop a few minutes from the hotel. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thank you, in particular to Ružica in the restaurant. Her omelettes, fried, and poached eggs were a treat for breakfast each morning of our stay. Thank you to all the staff working at this wonderful hotel, your enthusiasm for the happiness of your guests, really left a great impression on us. The room we had was extremely clean and had a new carpet smell, very fresh. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in our room, a safe for valuables, and a fridge. There is plenty of storage space, also. We had a balcony and the room has air conditioning facilities. There are spa facilities, a gym, a sauna, and a swimming pool with the water at a comfortable temperature. Overall, it was a very comfortable hotel in a good location. When we decide to visit the city of Belgrade, we won't hesitate to choose this hotel again. Thank you for having us.

Feeling like at home

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect—stylish, clean, and super comfortable—but what truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Special shoutout to Ljubica for her legendary eggs every morning (honestly, a reason to wake up!) and to Zeljko, whose cappuccinos are on another level—better than most cafés in town. You can feel the warmth and care in every little detail. Can’t wait to come back—this place is a gem!

The entire stay felt very premium, from marble lobby and reception, to all new electronic switches in rooms to perfect spa area vith nice view. Breakfast was also very exqisite!

Very nice stay.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was big and comfortable, with a large balcony. The bedding was luxurious. The pool nice and cleen.

The bidet in the bathroom had only cold water. The room was for two, but we had only one bathrobe. No free water in the room, though there was a coffee machine. 2 small bottles of water were in a minibar, but they were expensive.

Neues, sehr sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Sehr gepflegt mit einer tollen Spa-Abteilung.

Einzelne Zimmer haben eine Badewanne welche wirklich gross und gut ist, jedoch ist die Dusche in der Wanne inkludiert und es gibt keinen Spritzschutz beim Duschen. Die meisten Zimmer haben allerdings eine Badewanne und zusätzlich eine separate Dusche.

Все, шикарный новый отель, огромный апартамент со всеми удобствами на 3 спальни с 3 санузлами, очень все устроило. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки, ребята на рецепшн четко работают и готовы ответить на все вопросы. Бассейн посетили тоже. Все на уровне.

Бассейн работал, но к сожалению не было воды в душевых возле бассейна и не работала сауна, не понятно по каким причинам, очень жалко было, выбирали отель и платили за дорогой номер с учетом этих привилегий , которые не функционировали..

Очень комфортные и большие номера

Жарко в номере ( отрегулировать температуру кондиционера в октябре я не смогла) Очень тяжело и трудно открывается балконная дверь . В ванной нет шторы. Если Вы привыкли принимать душ, то есть огромный риск упасть на полированной плитке, поскольку на полу вода.

חדר סופריור גדול ויפה המנקה לא ניקתה כל יום כמקובל לא מילאו את כמות הקפסולות הקפה וגם חויבנו עבור חבילה קטנה של קרוסטינים מהבר במחיר לא סביר במחיר חדר סופריור הינו מצפים ליותר

שירות חדרים לא מספק מחירים של המיני בר לא היגיוני במחיר כזה של חדר סופריור במקום מרוחק ממרכז העיר היינו מצפים ליותר תשומת לב בנוסף שלא יכולנו לקבל מפה של העיר ( כי נגמרו ) עם מספרי האוטובוסים הציבוריים כדי שאפשר יהיה לנוע במרחבי העיר

En Nat ud af to nætter virkede vores AC ikke, selvom de sagde at receptionen var en 24 timers var problemet sen aften/natten var det en der ikke kunne snakke engelsk, ikke særlig hjælpsom mand der var der, han sagde vi bare måtte vente til næste dag kl 07:00. Selvom det var 26 grader udenfor og det var udligeligt…… Virkelig dårlig nat!!
