Really good location, and the personal is answering any question when needed

The room would need a bit of a refeshment. The tub bath is not working, the handle of the door that stay in your hand, and some other Small détails like that.

Amazing stay

We were 3 people, the room was fantastic, big and modern. There were coffee machine and one bottle of water. The location is right at the center near the main pedestrian street.

Good location, not worth the cost in our case.

Easy to communicate, good location and very clean.

The air cons do not work so it was very warm in our apartment, the floor heating in the bathroom was also switched on and was broken down we were unable to switch it off. The shower-head was also broken and had to be replaced, the person who came to replace it stood in the shower with dirty shoes. We were given a fan that helped with the heat but majority of the time we had to keep the windows open which was hard because of the construction dust. It was quite pricey for the issues we had.

We liked that it was so close to centre of Beograd. Although there is construction going on directly across the road we couldn’t hear the noise . The decor was modern and if you like a very firm mattress youll like this place

The rooms are quite small . We had alot of luggage so we never unpacked any of our things for the 5 days we were there . The shower heads werent working very well and the drainage was shocking . I kept pulling out long black hairs from the shower drain . I have short blonde hair and hubby has no hair so we know it wasnt from us . To their credit we had a maintenance guy replace the shower heads which was lovely.

Location was great, a bit of building site around the hotel but that's not the hotel's fault. we did enjoy the hotel/stay very much

it is very close to bars/pubs so despite triple glazing you can still hear a bit of noise. it depends how sensitive you are - didn't bother us or our kids too much though.

Comfortable bed, clean, nice surroundings (behind Belgrade cathedral and near one of the loveliest streets of the old town center; close to the Bank of Serbia if you need to change outdated 'bank of Yugoslavia banknotes _that's the only place where you can do so from what I've read on the internet; Kalemegdan park within walking distance). The bathroom is very spacious and the small fridge and safe come in handy, as do the AC and water fountain in the hall entrance. The receptionist was very professional and nice. Do not hesitate to use the hotel cab service, as I was warned twice that cab drivers in the airport tended to try and charge you more than the normal fare. Otherwise, once inbound, buy a voucher at the airport and make sure the driver knows that you know the cost in advance.

Minus points are: the unexpected ongoing loud construction works right across the hotel, from about 7.30am to 5.30pm and no fresh air at all entering the suite due to double glass windows. Even a small opening (for safety reasons) would have been more enjoyable. Given that I hadn't bought a phone card at the airport and that the receptionist was available 24h only by phone or email and not in person, it could have been a challenge. Make sure you get a phone card for your stay, as short as it might be.

Great place to stay, close to the highlights Belgrade has to offer!

The suite was comfortable. The sitting room would have been a bit small for two people, but it was fine for me. The bedroom and the bathroom were both excellent. On the whole an excellent price/quality ratio.

I have only 2 minor negative points. The first is that the address of the property is on a side street, not on the main road. Apparently this is communicated to people, but it wasn't made clear to me. Secondly, there is a construction site across the street from the property. No issues at night, but there was a lot of noise during the day and a lot of construction workers/machines/mud etc right by the property.

Perfect location. Big advantage for was was that we had a separate bedroom so my child could sleep with no disturbance. Great and easy communication via whatsapp.

There was a coffee machine in the room but as a tea drinker I'd recommend adding a kettle.

Beautiful and spacious room, perfect location.

It was our second time, this time a larger room with jacuzzi bathroom. The furniture was nice, the bed was confortable, many windows therefor a light room. We love the central location + the close parking place, you know it is really hard to park in the central area of Belgrade.

In the heart of the city, really nice room

Really close to everything, modern, spacious, 2-3 minutes away from Knez Mihailova. The parking was also quite close, at a mall nearby. They provided a bed for the baby, really helpful. The building has elevator. There is music in the weekend, yes, but it’s ok if you close the windows. My baby slept ok even with music.

I cannot say it bothered us too much, but as other guests said in the bathroom the toilette water was always running. We just closed the door and that was all.

Location was great right next to Kneze Mihailova the pedestrian street, about 100m away from the mall and so close to all of the Belgrade attractions.

Wifi could've been better, I did not travel for work but was still doing some work which was difficult with the slow wifi.

My little piece of paradise

This is my second stay here. I love the location and the cosy ambience of this hotel. They also add a bit more to their guests experience by having a lounge area for guests to enjoy instead of just a bedroom. I also love the idea of having a coffee machine in the room! It takes the fuss out of kettles and sachets.

The heating was still on and this made it very hard to cool down and sleep. In the end I opened the big windows. The receptionist explained as it's an old protected building the central heating system has only one setting. So either the heating or the cooling system can go on but not both at the same time. I'm glad they will be turning it off this week.

Great apartment; Recommend;

Completely new and really luxury!!! Right in the pedestrian zone 5 steps from "Knez Mihailova" and old town; Lady on the reception explained us everything well for the check in, check out and parking garage; Definitely recommend;

If you are coming by car you first need to park temporary around on the street, then go by steps to the reception to get the parking card and then go back to your car to park in Rajiceva shopping mall garage (50m away); It is not a big problem but in this part of old town sometimes is difficult to find parking even for few minutes stop; Maybe is better to navigate guests to drive and park directly to Rajiceva garage and later on the reception to get them the parking card; Not big problem but this is one idea for some improvement; All the rest was great;
