Very pleased and happy with our stay!!

The location was absolutely incredible. The staff was there 24/7, which was very comforting. Very nice hotel!

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection. It was a bit limited and did not reflect the hotel’s quality.

A Perfect Choice for Happy & Unproblematic Stay

Cleanliness, people were extremely helpful about everything. They found solutions about everything and they were very understanding about all our questions. It was a very peaceful and unproblematic trip. The location is very central so it was very easy to go to everywhere even by foot.

Amazing location. Good overall stay

The location was amazing: Its just off of Knez Mihailova, near the fortress and very close to a lot of museums. The water pressure is very good. The tea at breakfast was AMAZİNG, perfectly brewed each time (They have a semaver/samovar). The pillows were comforable and the room was a nice size. The street was quiet and clean. I loved the breakfast, there were many salads it was very fit and light. There were atleast 3 different egg options all days.

The bathroom had a chemical smell sometimes. It might be a recent renovation. My husband didnt like the breakfast as much as me, as the meat and hot meal options weren't as many as he'd like. The accesability was not soo good. You need few steps to reach the elevator for the rooms, and breakfast hall is not accesible with elevator at all, you need to go down a flight of stairs. The big bed was not a double but 2 singles squeezed together.

Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend it - really best option in town, including the nearby breakfast cafe. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Even though it is in strict centre there was no noise - double windows are doing the insulating job.

(not a big deal) Air conditioning is set globally to either warm or cool, and that can't be controlled per room. It is only awkward when temperature is between that hot/cold moments, at turns of seasons.

The hotel has a lot of potential if it only weren’t for all the negatives.

The location is very good. And the hotel has potential. It’s a shame about all the negatives.

First, everything inside the room is too old or poor quality (usually both). For example, the towels had holes in them. The extra blanket had holes in it. The doors of the closet didn’t open all the way. Second, the cleaning staff are not well trained. Every day, I found their hair somewhere in the room. Third, the breakfast is pretty bad. It is in the basement restaurant and when you go down there, there is a bit of a smell. Then there is a “security guard” sitting at the bar smoking - in a poorly ventilated basement. The quality of the food itself is also pretty poor. The sliced meats are like the cheapest you could imagine. The bread is stale. The eggs are overcooked. The orange juice looked scary - actually, I didn’t realize it was orange juice until the breakfast lady told me. In other words, there seems to be zero care put into the breakfast.

I'll be back

Breakfast is good, the pastries reminded me of some we had in Turkey. Those guests who didn't get BB can have breakfast for 8Euro. The hotel and the room are very clean. Everyone is friendly in the hotel. You cannot reach the hotel by car because it is in a pedestrian zone, so you should be careful not to carry a lot of bags. Our room was beautiful and modern. It was not noisy facing the street because there are double windows, when they are closed you can't hear anything. It's a very good location to visit the town and sightseeing. Even if you buy something, you can jump to the hotel, leave your things, and you're back on the street in no time.

Our room was quite dark, we had some light bulbs on the ceiling which could not be switched on, they were there for decoration purposes? Also there is no safe deposit box in the room. Hotel has one elevator and it is very slow. It's a long wait. The toilet door could not be closed in the room. There are stairs to get to the restaurant, and it is on the -1 floor. It is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
