Nice location, hotel is pretty new and modern. Excellent breakfast!
The noise of the AC is pretty loud at night. I’m speaking about the AC installation of the overall building, ours was turned off in the room.

Good location near to some of the attractions in Belgrade. Very smart hotel with good facilities. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good.

Clean.
Well located near the old town and near the new waterfront areas.
Walking distance to points of interest.
Kind and welcoming staff (houskeeping, restaurant staff and receptionists).
I'd give it 10 out of 10 however I had a major problem.
The air conditioning was terrible. I complained several times, but the management only kept saying they would call maintenance, and nobody ever showed up from maintenance. I had to wake up drenched in sweating every night.
It was a very disappointing experience, especially for such an expensive hotel, with high ratings on Booking.com!!
On the 3rd day, the receptionist changed my room, and thankfully, the new room AC was working very well.
I felt bad as my concern was not taken seriously from the management and maintenance.
