This is a wonderful stay option in Belgrade. I stayed two nights (it was supposed to be 3 but Air Serbia cancelled my flight.) I stayed in the smallest available room type as a solo traveler. Here is a short pros/cons list:
Pros:
-Location is ideal. On a safe, pedestrianized street near plenty of the (free!) bus lines, with food, shopping, pharmacies, drinks, etc. within a 5-15 minute walk. Note: If you are severely mobility restricted, reconsider - a taxi needs to drop you off at the start of the pedestrian zone, a block or so away. For me, it was perfect.
-Service is to a high standard. The desk is staffed 7 -11, and there is an emergency number for after hours. The staff is quick and responsive on WhatsApp, they speak great English and they are kind and helpful with recommendations and airport transfers. The cleaning staff comes every day.
-Very comfortable and clean. There are slippers, soap/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, etc. in the room. The internet is fast and free, the water pressure is great. The mattress/towel/bed linen quality is very high, and importantly, the air conditioning is powerful and quiet.
-Perfect value. The price was very low for good quality accommodation in a capital city in high season.
There were no real cons for me, but some suggestions:
-A water cooler to fill up a bottle for the day would be helpful, especially in the summer.
-The room has a mini bar, but there is no room to put your own drinks in the refrigerator. I would have appreciated this.
-I prefer hotels that use large refillable containers for soap, shampoo and conditioner to cut down on plastic waste- this property uses small individual bottles.
All in all, if I return to Belgrade, and I really hope I can, I would just book here again, no need to shop for other accommodation. Hvala One Luxury Suites!

The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful at all times, and the suite was very well appointed with small details and extras that added to the excellent quality of the accommodation. My stay was superb in all aspects - thank you for a wonderful experience.
