A lovely small hotel with an unbeatable central location

This is a small and pleasant hotel with a fantastic location right on a pedestrian street in the very center of the city. It’s absolutely perfect for walking around and exploring all the main attractions on foot.

For a rate of around €170 per night, which is above average for this city, the furniture in the rooms feels quite worn and would really benefit from an update. During my entire stay, the sink in the room was clogged and the drain did not work properly. The soap dispenser was also broken. Breakfast was a mixed experience. On the second day, the buffet breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and well prepared. However, charging extra for a cup of Americano coffee feels a bit questionable at this price level. The first day’s breakfast concept was especially surprising. It was a Saturday, and instead of a buffet, different plates were brought to the table. Unfortunately, the food looked as if it had been moving from table to table and was already dried out. It honestly did not look appetizing at all. I found this concept quite strange and didn’t really understand the idea behind it. On a positive note, the à la carte egg menu was great — the omelet was absolutely wonderful. Overall, I wish the hotel continued success, but I would strongly recommend addressing these details to better match the price level and overall potential of the place.

Wonderful experience for a large family trip

Fantastic stay at the Townhouse 27 hotel. The stuff was incredibly kind, helpful and professional! The facilities are very nice - super comfortable beds, and the hotel is located close to everything. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others!

Great stay in a beautiful place with good service

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean and well organized, both in the hotel and in the room. Breakfast was small, but there was a good selection and more than enough for everyone. It’s a relatively small hotel, but that’s part of its charm. The location is right in the center, so it couldn’t be better.

All was good, but if I need to mention anything, it would be that the kitchen is closed on weekends. Fortunately, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s not a big issue.

Awesome staff, awesome rooms, awesome evrything

This was an unexpectedly great experience. It started with being greeted by a friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Everything went smooth and well organized. The hotel is nicely renovated and look stunning starting with the lobby and ending up in the room. The room, or better said the rooms were great. I guess this was an old house with appartments which has been turned into a hotel. These are appartments with livingroom, bedroom with plenty of space for a family of four. It even had two full bathrooms. Everything was clean and we immediatelly felt much like home. The breakfast was amazing. And the staff too.

If I had to pick on one thing, it would be that the bed in the bedroom was too large (as if that would be a problem) and there was not enough space to put a second nightstand beside it, making it a bit difficult to put away the phone, the glasses and whatnot before going to sleep.

Perfect location for tourism ( 500 meters from main tourist street) and for personal visits - center of the city, ease of transportation. Room layout and amenities are perfect for family stay. Breakfast is above expectations.

Perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade with fantastic staff.

We used to live in Belgrade but have not been back for a number of years, so the Boutique Garni Hotel Townhouse 27 was new to us. What a great surprise!! We stayed here twice (for 2 days each time) each time we passed through Belgrade during our August vacation. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet side street, has secure parking, stylish rooms and a great breakfast. On top of all this, the staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Well Done! We would definately recommend TH27 and will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Belgrade.

This was our 4th time at TH27. This time we brought a group of 10 friends from France with us for a 5-day tour of Beograd. TH27 was ideal for all the reasons that keep us coming back - friendly / helpful staff that go above and beyond, spacious , comfortable rooms, quality breakfast and perfect location. The sofa bed was not very comfortable as per my kids. We had to pay more because booking.com didn’t calculate the city tax for the kids which was not hotels mistake.(The lady at the reception made us a discount although it wasn’t their fault.👍)

Superb quiet clean comfortable great location

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Also very kind and helpful staff. Great location with landmarks, shops and cafes restaurants all close by. Amazing breakfast so much variety and delicious. Breakfast room is also very nicely decorated and loved the music playing in the background. Hotel staff arranged transfers for me and were always willing to assist in any way. Superb. Highly recommended.

For those that have issues with stairs lift stops in between levels but stairs are not steep and not that many you can choose to go down or up depending on which level you stop at. And staff will carry your luggage to and from your room if needed. It wasnt an issue for me at all. The rest of the hotel more than makes up for this slight issue.
