Eden Luxury Suites Terazije

Central area of old town

Really lovely front desk staff and helped guide me.

Sometimes the building access was not great.

It's was very very luxurious n comfortable for the price

Nothing

The hotel is very central to the main square which is ideal. 3 minute walk. The hotel staff were very polite and professional.

The little was broken which were notified about prior to arrival the afternoon before, but we didn't realise there would be no lighting whatsoever on the first 3 floors which is very dangerous, stairs very unclean and not exclusive to hotel public access. Luckily had phone torch if not this wouldn't have been possible to walk up. I wouldn't use this hotel again if no lift is available, if lift working then I would reccomend. The bathroom was clean but the shower we the majority of the floor.
