A nice stay at the heart of Belgrade

Great location, just a minute away from Republic square. Bakeries, cafés, supermarket, pharmacy, and basically everything you may need are located around the neighborhood.

The double room could be a bit small for two people, but it worked perfectly fine for me.

Good hotel located in th down town for such a small money

The location is very good. Hotel is located in the down town, you have to walk @2 mins to the main city street. You have a lot of facilities near as shops, cafes, pharmacies. The room was recently renovated, so it felt very comfortable to stay there. The room is supplied by little extras as fridge, kettle, cups, tea bags, slippers. Price is very good 👍🏻

The mattress is a bit soft. The entrance to the building is a bit dirty.

Yes we did. The room was spacious and had a modern design with large windows to the street. Very central. The little fridge was useful. Heating very pleasant. Room door was substantial with double lock. Staff were very pleasant and helpful being present most of the time.

There’s not much to dislike here with it being such a good price but if I had to point out a few things. Bathroom sink tap fitting we’re corroded and over head shower didn’t really work although handheld option was very powerful. I think the entrance to the property doesn’t reflect the quality of the rooms inside so don’t let that put you off - they were finishing other rooms in property although didn’t notice any noise. Maybe they’ll look to brighten up the street entrance and stairs at some point. But as I say this is a very nice place to stay if you require a room for your stay. Thanks

Great location, very nice staff

The location is obviously the best, especially if you have a car and need to use the parking garage nearby. As soon as you step out, you are on the main downtown walking area. The staff is really nice and accommodating.

To access the rooms, you need to use the stairs, which is not so great carrying a load of suitcases. The room we stayed in was the second room. The first one had a bad smell from the sewer and the second one was super loud due to its location being right next to the main street.

No room view, bathroom was small. Parking nearby (Garage Obilićev venac) is a public one, 17 euros a day, but parking spaces are designed for very small cars, you cold find impossible to enter into your car.

Good stay in Belgrade

Excellent location right in the heart of Belgrade. Very good value for the price and the room was very comfortable too.

When we arrive (around 7pm) there was nobody in the reception despite specifing our arrival time. We have to wait some minutes outside the hotel for somebody to come.

close to the center, clean, budget friendly

A very nice budget friendly hotel in the heart of Belgrade...it is a small hotel hidden in the center of the city..it was a bit difficult to find it but thanks to a local lady as she took us just directly to the front door...the hotel is in an old building, the entrance is not looking like a hotel entrance, but when you climb the stairs you reach the hotel...do not be scared of where you are climbing to...nice clean entrance on the first floor, renewed rooms, clean, friendly front door staff, no breakfast but there are places to eat or buy something nearby the hotel, you can walk to the shops and other cafes and restaurants around...it is also close to the public busses to different destinations...also you can walk to the famous places to see..the best part was airport bus stop is very close to the hotel...in Belgrade the public bus servis is free since the beginning of 2025, it was really great to know this as we used public buses to everywhere.

If you are not using a mobile map, it might be really difficult to find the hotel..Just what i did not like about the room was the window looking to a dark side of another building, we could not open the window...and we had difficulty reaching the front door person at the weekend, they come to the hotel in turns and stay there short i think...there was nobody, just the cleaning lady was trying to answer our questions...the rest was very satisfying for a 3 day stay in Belgrade.

A good and convenient hotel in the Center of Belgrade

+ The location of the hotel is very central, and some major places (like the fortress) and streets are only a few minutes walking distance away. + The option to pick you up from the airport or bring you there (at an additional charge) is very convenient. + Friendly staff.

- There were days when we did not see the receptionist at the desk during regular hours. This can be inconvenient if you have urgent questions. - Wifi was not working for a few hours in one evening during our stay, but this did not happen often.

Horror Movie

When the staff members were actually present, they were kind and professional.

As I said above, when the staff were there, they were kind and professional. However, my husband and I arrived at the same time as others to a locked door and no way to get in. A man eventually came and told us of the door code. This issue was however, the least of our worries. I read the other reviews and was prepared for the super sketchy-looking entrance. But that was only the start. This 'hotel' is literally the stuff of nightmares. The pictures and I suspect, the positive reviews, are a scam, showing bright, well-equipped rooms. Instead, we found a broken air conditioner, dark room with no outside light, hard as a rock bed and a broken down, rotting bathroom that smelled like raw sewage. At five in the morning, some other guests arrived home from a night out, one peeing all over the entrance floor. The only positive here was we were motivated to barely sleep and spend more time with our friends. Believe the bad reviews!! I never write poor reviews but feel a duty in this case.

Good location but otherwise meh

The place is located in the center and very convenient to explore Belgrade.

The place wasn't as clean as it could be. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and the drains exuded a lingering bad smell, the room smaller than described, and the desk was barely a desk. The staff was friendly but not present at the agreed check-in time, and they also didn't respond to messages. We also had to pay a higher fee than shown on booking.com as they claimed the city tax wasn't included in the price, but it also wasn't communicated.

Misleading property description. Will not stay at again.

The location is this property's best aspect. It is very close to Republic Square and within walking distance of many of the city centre attractions, as well as being close to the main bus and tram stops and a taxi stand.

Very uncomfortable bed with a thin duvet and only one pillow. Room was cold and bathroom had a lingering unpleasant sewars/drains smell. Shower was poor and seemed to run out of hot water after only a couple of minutes. Despite what the listing said, this property does NOT have a 24/7 reception - my driver had to go to another property to pick up a member of staff to check me in due to a late evening arrival, which I had informed the property about in advance. The free WiFi hardly worked so I had to resort to using the city's public WiFi in Republic Square instead. Overall a very poor experience. This is not a hotel it is a hallway with a few rooms at best.

Good location and friendly staff, and that's about it

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The option for the airport shuttle is nice, although we had to wait 20 min for the taxi when leaving.

Room number 6 had a very foul smell coming from the bathroom which mostly made you want to not stay in the room. Generally the rooms also appear to be quite worn and there was a hole in the wall. The rooms could do with some reconstruction.

Bathroom smelled like a sewer. Retched every time I had to use it. Very stuffy even with window open and fan going. 35 stairs required to enter (no lift), which was ok normally but difficult with suitcases.

Earlier was amazing place. Nowadays hotel is run in not professional way. The staff needs training.

Staff rarely available at reception, cleaning of room not regular (in 5 days of staying, cleaner enter the room only once)- during 5 days staying bedsheets were not changed, floors were not cleaned, toilet was not cleaned, toilet paper was not refilled daily etc. Also, in case of later checkout, there’s no facility available to keep suitcases as no one is available at reception.
