Nice stay in Belgrade

The room was lovely and clean. The gentleman on reception was really welcoming. Breakfast was nice and varied and the location was excellent.

The mattress was a little too hard for our liking, and the room was very hot at night.

Great hotel but noisy room

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast. The single room did not feel that small as the space is used wisely.

A lot of noise coming from the street (despite being on the 4th floor) and adjacent room. As a light sleeper, I couldn't get enough sleep.

Great spot, with top-notch staff for a city trip

Super friendly staff, who really understand service, a welcoming culture, and go out of their way to help guests with all sorts of questions. Highly recommendable! The location is great, excellent to be able to discover the city centre on foot / with public transport. Breakfast was delicious and also catered to a vegetarian diet.

The room was even smaller than expected, such that I could barely open my large travel suitcase on the ground and still walk around it. Only practicable seat in such a setup was the bed, which was worn in, from other guests sitting on it (but the rest of the bed was comfortable / fine for a solo traveller). Next time I'd look to stay in a larger room.

Fantastic location, great hotel, lovely staff.

The location of this place could not be better - Old town is literally over the road, Republic Square literally 3 minutes. Fortress 15-20 mins. Breakfast was good, plenty of it. Staff were great, room was clean and comfy. Easy to get a free 72 bus to the airport but quite a walk to the hotel where it goes from.

Nothing really everything was great, if I was being really picky I'd have said it could have done with a little mini fridge but genuinely couldn't really fault it for the price.

Good location

I really liked the breakfast — it was actually quite good considering the standard of the hotel.

Single Room it was so small it felt almost claustrophobic, more like a cage than a proper hotel room. Also You could hear absolutely everything the neighbor’s snoring, as well as all the noise from the corridor outside.

Nice, affordable and enjoyable stay

The hotel is very centrally located, provides good breakfast and room with all the necessary amenities, also daily housekeeping. Front desk staff is very helpful matter what the case is. I stayed in June and found price quite affordable for 4 nights, so I think it was great value for money.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Belgrade

This a a fantastic hotel to stay in the heart of Belgrade. The room, shower, breakfast, WiFi & even the Spa where all first class. The staff where exceptional too, they gave me lots of helpful advice & tips on where to eat, drink & where to watch football. I would 100% recommend staying in this hotel to any of my friends who are playing to visit Belgrade

Great Location. Very clean and Comfortable room. I got a free upgrade. Breakfast was good. Facilities were good - Safe, minibar, Coffee Maker Bathroom was huge.

A great location to stay in Belgrade

Excellent location... only steps from downtown main square and walking distance from several main attractions. The breakfast was standard - what was generally expected, and there were no surprises. The staff were very helpful providing us with all the information we requested. They helped us book our taxi back to the airport as well.

Location was excellent and the breakfast was tasty.

My room was small and that was fine as I was not going to spend a lot of time there. However, inside my room it was only separated only by a curtain and a door to another adjacent room, so you could hear absolutely everything of the activities from that room. There is better value for money elsewhere in Belgrade.

Extremely good value

I had incorrectly supplied the wrong time for my arriving flight as 2.40pm instead of 11.30am but the hotel rep was waiting for me at the airport at 11.30. They had realised my mistake. This proved to be typical of my three day stay. The room was quiet,clean and comfortable.The staff were affable and helpful with recommendations and advice and the breakfast was wonderful and changed each day. It's a perfect location..close to the sights and plenty of restaurants.

Great stay

Hotel has the perfect location. Super close to Republic Square. Markets, bars, cafes and restaurants around the area. Hotel is clean, staff is very helpful, breakfast is great. I am glad this hotel is a smoke free one. In a city where is allowed to smoke indoors almost everywhere , this is a plus!

Great hotel in the centre.

A really nice hotel in the middle of the city. Great location, even has a little spa. The staff was really outstanding, super helpful! Breakfast was good and served late until 11 on weekends.

Note that when booking rooms for 4, it's cool if you're all close friends but the rooms are a little tight for 4 people.
