Boutique Hotel Museum Belgrade

I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Museum. The location is one of its biggest strengths—you’re right in the heart of Belgrade, within easy walking distance of Knez Mihailova, Republic Square, Kalemegdan and many of the city’s restaurants, cafés and attractions. It made exploring Belgrade incredibly easy, especially for a first-time visitor. The hotel itself was stylish, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. After spending the day exploring the city, it was always nice coming back to somewhere that felt comfortable and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again on another visit to Belgrade.

There really wasn’t anything significant that negatively affected my stay. I had a very positive experience overall and found the hotel comfortable, convenient and well suited for exploring Belgrade. If I returned to the city, I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfectly located right on the main pedestrian street, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés. There is a large H&M next door, a shopping centre and Starbucks within walking distance, as well as a lovely nearby café with delicious matcha. We stayed in a Superior Room with a view of the museum. The room was very comfortable, with good beds, a capsule coffee machine with complimentary coffee, bottled water and all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A particularly nice touch was that the hotel provided us with complimentary tickets to the museum.

The only minor inconvenience is that taxis cannot drive directly up to the hotel because it is located on a pedestrian street. They have to stop on the main road near the small street leading to the hotel, so you need to walk a short distance. We had quite a lot of luggage, but the hotel staff kindly came to help us with our suitcases, which we really appreciated.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful, doing everything quick and easy while we were at breakfast. Breakfast was very good and the time is convenient (7 till 10:30). Location is wonderful - right in the midst of the pedestrian historic area

Maintenance could have some improvements. The TV was not working - front desk promised it to be fixed quickly, but it never was. The same with the drying rack in the bathroom. When we came the drainage in the shower was partly clogged and water spilled all over the floor - but it was cleaned quickly by the housekeeping staff.

I didn't like the fact that because of making the reservation directly from Booking, the hotel couldn't make any changes that i needed during our stay. Make an extra effort for us Booking its 2026 and you should have more flexibility in front of your suppliers regarding us your customers.
