Excellent.

We chose Boutique Hotel Museum for our 7 day stay in Belgrade. The establishment included two outstanding qualities: Location and personnel. It is situated next to the busiest square in Belgrade and can be used as an excellent starting point to explore the city as nothing seems to be too far from it. The warmth received by the hotel staff must be noted and named: Lydia and the whole restaurant personel ought to be mentioned, along with Sasa, Milica and the guy with the nice mustache in reception! The cleaning ladies were understanding of our needs and truly hard working. We found our rooms to be accomodating and the breakfast adequate. Bonus: Sasa recommended us a trip to Novi Sad. It has its extra cost but it is worth it. Our guide Stefan had outstanding knowlegde of the Novi Sad and surrounding area history and will recommend you experiences, not just activities. Хвала!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right in the very heart of Belgrade, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was small but cozy and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied.

The only minor drawback was that our room faced the inner courtyard, which did not offer a nice view. Additionally, it rained heavily during the night, and the sound of raindrops hitting the glass roof or air-conditioning units made it rather noisy.

Great Hotel, perfect location, offer between 12:30-14:00 coffee & snack, also free of charge ticket to Museum. 24-hour Supermarket nearby. You get welcome bottle of water. The staff at reception are really nice.

You are not allowed to bring any food to your room, only water. Towels had some stains.

Best location, best price/quality combination

The water tank in the Nespresso coffee machine in the room was completely covered in limescale. I lost my appetite for coffee. The hotel lobby (and bar) smelled unpleasant – like a public restroom that had just been sprayed with deodorant. This isn't just my opinion, but also the opinion of three friends who stayed with me at this hotel.

Just wonderful

This was my second stay in Museum Boutique hotel. I did enjoy everything - central location, spacious room, cleanliness all around, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly and helpful personnel. I will certainly stay here during my next visit.

Very well located and beautiful hotel

The hotel is very well placed, beautifully decorated and the rooms are quiet. Some staff members are amazing and very friendly.

The food is almost always the same at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free adaptations are minimal and dairy-free options almost inexistant. No minibar in the room either. Some staff members are very disagreeable.

Not what we expected from a 4 stars hotel

The location , although there is some works going on so you can not go straight to the main door and night time was a bit dangerous

The staff , they did not care about our situation , they just said it was late and nothing they could do do , even the following morning the did not show any interest about the service provided

Great hotel, excellent breakfast in a quiet but central location

Located at a very central next to the museum. Facing Back of the busy main street on a quiet street. Room were spacious and clean. All bathroom and vanity including robes. Bed was high and great comfort with 2 pillow each. Shower always had hot water with good flow. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

Shower was not completely shut which cause some water to spill out. Once the sink plug got stuck and had to be fixed by household team. Gym cloud be little more equiped, with option of adding cold water bar maybe. Variety of eggs on breakfast was repeating each day. No omeletes offered.

Wonderful

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. You are right in the heart of the city. Despite this, there is an extremely good sound insulation, the rooms do not make any noise. Right in the middle of Knez Mihailova 2 minutes, 8 minutes from Kalemeidan, 13 minutes from Tasmeidan walking distance. Countless restaurants open until 01:00 at night Only 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel. In 3-5 minutes walking distance there are many kiosks where you can meet your simple needs. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is good. The staff is extremely polite, caring, helpful. We stayed in the room with balcony. The room is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the balcony is extremely adequate. All equipment is very nice, new and modern. Wifi is excellent. The airport takes only 18 minutes by taxi. They give their guests a free entrance ticket to the National Museum, which is right across the hotel, a very nice gesture. When I come to this city again, I would like to stay in this hotel again. Thanks for everything.

Comfortable in a very elegant hotel with great food and fantastic staff.

This place is great. The staff is amazing-very friendly & helpful. The rooms are great; the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The water pressure was great in the shower. The buffet breakfast was delicious. It is also extremely centrally located. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was a gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Belgrade. I will point out again they do not allow you to bring in food or drink from outside. If this is an issue, stay elsewhere. I appreciate a management company that understands I do not want to see people in their quaint lobby eating from takeaway bags. Do not let this location on a pedestrian street deter you from booking here. The parking garage (Garage Obilićev venac) is a 3 minute walk - with our bags! Or you can have a taxi drop you on the other side of the National Museum. That is less than a 30 second walk! It is 200 ft ( I just looked it up on Google Earth). Just tell your taxi to take you to the Courtyard by Marriott (intersection of Vase Carapica & Dositejeva). Boutique Hotel Museum was less expensive and much more quaint than the Courtyard by Marriott! I highly recommend this hotel!

Mostly great but issues with air con and phone

This could have been a really great stay. Location is perfect and we had a large, comfortable room with plenty of sockets. Wi fi was excellent and there was a great selection at breakfast. Staff were friendly and I would have rated them mighly if only they had fixed the issues

We were there in a heatwave. The air con was great when it worked, but central control kept taking over and cutting it out. The first time I complained about this I had to go down to reception to tell them, because the phone in the room was not working. They adjusted the central control, whch had been set to cut out the air con at 26C (!) and it worked fine for 24 hours. I told them about the phone too, and they told me they would fix it. They never fixed the phone and when central control stopped the air con again I had to go down to reception to get it restarted again. All very frustrating, and made our stay less comfortable than it should have been. Less significantly, alhough the breakfast selection was great, there was no english breakfast tea, nor anything similar.

Comfy with a great location

We stayed for 1 night, and it was great. I loved that it was very clean and the location was right in the center of the city near one of must have museums. By the way, hotel give vouchers for the national museum visit, so we also had a great time and leisure. The room was good, comfy, only the view was not great for us into another building and that’s why it was a bit darker. The breakfast was also good and tasty, not a lot of choice but still you can eat very tasty casual breakfast, drink coffee and juices.

Interesting stay in a center-located facility with everything within a 5-minute walk.

Very professional staff, well-behaved and polite. The transfer service was impeccable, the drivers educated and funny. The breakfast buffet was rich and I couldn't ask for more. The hotel's position next to the Republic Square and near some of the most iconic features of the town was really helpful. In a nutshell, I would reccoment serious travellers to book here.

The hotel could have not confirmed the booking of a large group of co-called young interpreneurs, basically it was a large and roudy, noisy, and arrogant group of people from rotaract, that behaved as if they owned the facilty and would come in at random hours of the night, drunk and misbehaving. The hotel should have just kicked them out and spare them the problems with other serious business travellers.

Other than the initial difficulty in finding the hotel, it was ideal for our purposes.

The breakfast was good, the location was ideal (but see the comment below). I especially liked the freshly decorated room, with its comfortable arm chair and attention to several other features travelers may prefer.

The only drawback was in initially finding the hotel. It's almost hidden behind a cafe and a construction zone on the side of the National Museum. We had hauled our luggage up the outside stairs and into the elevator in the next-door building (on the advice of a passer-by) before realizing our mistake. This was difficult and concerning after a long trip to reach Belgrade. The hotel's reservation confirmation should include very clear instructions on finding the hotel entrance, with a detailed map showing the neighboring buildings.

Brand new hotel with a great location. Highly recommend

Overall: Brand new hotel with a modern minimalist style, very kind staff, super clean, great value for money. Highly recommend, would definitely choose it again next time. Location: Excellent location on a pedestrian street in the historical part of Belgrade, 20–30 min walk to all major sights in every direction. Room: We stayed in the Suite on the 2nd floor (out of 5). Very spacious room with two toilets (one combined with a shower). Very clean and cozy. Breakfast: Don’t expect lots of options, but it was more than enough for a good breakfast. Bonus: Terrace, gym, sauna, and free tickets to the National Museum. Thank you!

since I first stayed here in March, the coffee and breakfast has improved greatly

the room was small, not much natural light, looking out onto airconditioning/heating units for other buildings so pretty noisy at times. I couldn't sleep with the window open because of the noise. The room was also hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work so I assumed this was centralised and not yet switched on for this hotel? However, I was out at work all day so not a massive issue - though in warmer weather this could be an issue.

Quality hotel in an excellent location offering first class amenities.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Large spacious room with comfortable bed and a lovely powerful shower. Excellent buffet breakfast. Shout out to Lydija on reception/bar who was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here.
