We enjoyed our stay but with just a few improvements it could have been fabulous

The location was good 10-15 mi utes by bus to the mail railway station on on the bus route to Seiser Alm which was spectacular. The bus stop just a 10min walk away. To get to the property from the main railway station you need to catch the number 8 bus from the same side as the railway station.

No cafe’s or shops around to buy food etc, the attached restaurant is only open from 8pm. We didn’t order breakfast as it didn’t start until I think it was 8pm then I believe it was only croissants and toast you will need to check that out. No kettle or coffee making facilities and with no purchase options locally I think that was pretty poor. When we ask about the bus to the property we were only told number 8 but we were not told which side to catch it from, caught it from the wrong side and it took over an hour to get to the property. Had we been told to catch the number 8 bus from the same side as the railway station we would have been there in 10 minutes, so from that perspective communication was poor.

Great place to stay.

Parked our bike under a porch which turned out to be great as it bounced it down. The host made us a fantastic breakfast and was great 👍

Stairs to the room, with pannier bags as we were on a motorbike other than that good.

Dreadful check-in on experience, would not stay again

Poor checking in experience. No staff on duty, had to phone the owner to get a code for access to key. He put the phone down on me and only helped when I called back and was persistent. Would not stay here again or recommend

Hotel is very close to a busy road that kept us awake. Bad engagement with hotel owner trying to get access to room. There is no staff available to help you check in despite what is stated on booking.com

location was good. short drive to city. beside the hotel is a food restaurant already. nice quiet environment. staff is friendly too though not speak good english. owner/manager in charge was very prompt in replying message in booking website if you have any enquiries.

parking was full when return from dinner. had to park in an illegal space till 10-11pm only then have parking space and shift back.

Comfortable bed. Beautiful view.

Small room and bathroom. For sure good for a couple, but very tight with the baby cot and luggage. Small breakfast as for the room for 90 EUR per night (but still there was no Space to eat one in the room if we prefered to do it on our own). There was no info before arrival that the Restaurant will be closed after 4pm and we counted on it (one of the reasons we chose the place). Extremely close to the highway, which is a plus and minus - it was loud with Windows opened (quiet with closed but then there was no air circulaiton). Host were nice, but don't speak Enligsh - communication was difficult (we know basic German so it worked). Very expensive for the value.

The room and bathroom are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Location is good if you have a car, a bit trickier if you are by foot/bus. Free parking. The hotel is right by a busy road but the room was super quiet so it wasn’t a problem at all. Rooms have a shared balcony too which was nice and the view besides the road is beautiful

We got on a bad start with the owner when she called us an hour before we arrived to give us the PIN number for the box (it’s self check in). She insisted in speaking only German after I repeatedly said I did not understand. Eventually my husband who was driving on the highway had to take the call (he speaks a little basic German thank God) and managed to get the pin code and some instructions. However the next morning at breakfast the owner was extremely nice and helpful. There are no places to eat or buy food in walking distance except for a bar that only sells overpriced cheese toast. The hotel restaurant was closed when we arrived at 6pm There’s a flight of stairs to reach the rooms (any of them) so it can be hard if you have a disability or travel heavy

Good for one night stay on the highway

We had spent just a night on our way to the Dolomites. The room was small and very basic. There was no tea coffee maker in the room. The terrace is good. parking is in front of the property. It was ok for one night stay

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ausreichend und liebevoll gemacht. Was ich nicht essen konnte, hat mir die Dame für die Reis eeingbackt. Schlüsselsafe hat gut fuktioniert und Parkplätze sind vor der Haustüre vorhanden.

Ledier sind die Fenster nciht ganz schalldicht.

Soggiorno perfetto

Piacevole soggiorno in una zona molto comoda di Bolzano, sia per raggiungere il centro che le piste e i paesini circostanti. Stanza molto pulita e silenziosa e ricchissima colazione con prodotti locali. L’host Marianne è stata davvero gentile e ci ha dato utili consigli sulla zona. Ritorneremo volentieri, magari in estate.

Estaba limpio, tiene parking y el check in fue muy fácil

Es muy lejos de Bolzano, está en la ruta y nos pasamos de la entrada y tuvimos que hacer varios kilómetros extra para poder entrar. El mobiliario y las instalaciones viejas y la ducha es muy pequeña casi no te podes mover adentro.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere Bolzano, camera direi ristrutturata da poco di dimensioni normali, arredamento standard ma molto comodo, molto apprezzato il pavimento in legno invece che moquette; pulizia perfetta, molto ben insonorizzata, benché su una strada di traffico intenso nessun rumore entra Colazione ottima, abbondante e molto varia, dolce e salata. Check-in facile con la box portachiavi

Colazione ottima e a basso costo. Posizione con ottima vista, ma anche con autostrada piuttosto vicina ed in vista: stare sul poggiolo non credo che sarebbe il massimo, dato il rumore; insonorizzazione della stanza comunque ottima. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Organizzazione ottima.
