They have very helpful attitude. Gave their best to make us happy with our stay. David even did a short introduction into available places of interest. House if fresh, with parking. Gave us feeling of being at home, our own place.

Well appointed apartment with an amazing, super helpful host in Bolzano area

This is an exceptional apartment for a short stay in the Bolzano area. My family thoroughly enjoyed the clean, well appointed accommodations. Our host, David went above and beyond with great recommendations for restaurants and skiing in the Dolomites. He provided very useful tips that allowed us to not only enjoy Bolzano but also the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend this apartment to a family looking for a base in the Bolzano area.

Just a perfect place and host and lots of money saved with the activity passes that come with the booking.

We booked the regular appartment and: - it is a lovely and vey comfortable place with everything you may need in terms of amenities and appliances; - it has a splendid view on Bolzano; - it is perfectly located in front of the little train that takes you where you need and in between different activities that can be reached with nice walks; - David was a fantastic host doing everything he could to make us 100% satisfied as he told us. - it is an unbeatable deal thanks to the passes that David gives his host and which allow one to use for free the tourist train, the cable car to Bolzano, the buses, and visit museums, etc. It saved us hundreds of euros as a family of five. Again, thanks a lot David and see you on our next trip to the region!

The room is quite spacious, with one bedroom and one living room with a good kitchen equipped of oven and microwave and dishwasher. We cooked the dinner for a few nights in the kitchen and it was so easy to use, which is good for a family and for a long stay. We also had a lot of luggage but the room entrance is just in front of the parking area. The owner is living in the same building and is quite friendly and helpful during your stay. He is taking care of everything quickly if you have some questions and/or requests. You can also get a Ritten card which is able to access all transportations and museums in the Bolzano area, including a cable car and mountain railways. You can also watch the iceman with this car for free...! On the clear sky day, you can enjoy the nice view of mountains with Bolzano and Soprabolzano from the balcony.

The perfect place to recharge & be in nature + Incredible hosts and family:)

This place was amazing! It's a family run place, and David, the son greeted us when we arrived. He took the time to sit down with a map and show us where to hike and where to eat, and all the things to see and do in the area. He gave us a free pass, that allowed us to ride the cable cars, the tram, the bus system in the area for free. His mom even brought us homemade spelt knodel for dinner, which is a traditional local dish in the area, and it was honestly one of the best things we've ever had!! The apartment itself is state of the art, and has everything you could possible need to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is great hiking and walking trails right outside the apartment. There is a grocery store and some restaurants and the cable car to Bolzano are all within walking distance. We can't rave about this apartment enough. It's peaceful and quiet and in such a beautiful area. The family has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us enjoy our stay!!! If your staying in the Soprabolzano area, this is the place you want to be!! !

David is a great host. The apartment provided excellent return on the money.

The location, the hospitality and the garden with the trampoline, Ping-Pong table and a cfew small animals the kids could pet.

The apartment is a bit tight for a family of six, but since we only used it for an overnight stay that was our decision as the host indicated this fact to us.

Surprised by completeness and kindness

the newly built apartment has everything one could possibly need: bath tub, Tiroler tile heating (in addition to the central heating system), 4K TV with streaming, excellent internet connectivity, and a host who really wants you to be satisfied with your stay. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and a dish washer (handy for the lazy). Coffee for the Italian moka pot was available (more than enough) and dish washer tablets and detergent as well.

Great accomodation in beautfiul scenery. The host family is very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was new, spacious and very clean.

You should install window blinds in the living room in our flat.

Beautiful new appartment in the mountains above Bolzano.

Spacious and beautiful decorated appartment. All modern equipment and top quality material used with the aim for environmental neutrality. Frienly host who gave good information on possibilities of exploring the area. Bolzano town can also easily be reached by cable car in 15 minutes.
