The Passeier Valley is located in beautiful South Tyrol, extending all the way to Merano.

Welcomed by the charming, terraced garden, you’ll find plenty of cozy spots to relax and “let your mind wander.”
The two terraces will delight you from sunrise to sunset.
The mountain chalet is spread over two floors. Each floor features two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a living room with two additional sofa beds. On the first floor, you can cook together in the modern, well-equipped kitchen and enjoy South Tyrolean specialties together at the large dining table. A perfect day of vacation begins with an espresso in the morning. We’ve even provided a SodaStream.
After an active day of vacation, the newly built Finnish sauna is available for relaxation.
Right in front of the chalet, the Texel Group mountain range rises majestically—a true natural gem and a dream destination for hikers, mountaineers, and nature lovers. In this largest lake district in South Tyrol, you can hike to 10 mountain lakes and climb peaks up to 3,337 m.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist erstklassig und der Vermieter unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und bedanken uns sehr herzlich bei Thomas für alle seine Mühen, Aufmerksamkeiten, für gebrachte Brötchen und den großzügigen Begrüßungskorb mit Südtiroler Spezialitäten, der uns den Ankunftsabend gerettet hat. Das Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet, hat eine tolle Ausstattung - wir haben uns wirklich total wohl gefühlt.

Ganz tolle Betreuung von Anfang an. Die Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, es war alles Tip Top und mit ganz viel Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters.
