Close to the ski run

Lack a lot of amenities - doesn’t replenish before we checked in and having to constantly ask for things. The host wasn’t friendly. There is not enough parking spots so they offered the garage and told us it’s an exception - but we couldn’t get the cars up because they didn’t heat the driveway and it was covered in snow. The place is one of the most expensive places we’ve stayed at ($2000SGD per night) but it is very very basic - didn’t have a washing machine (which most ‘apartment’ style would offer), we were asked to pay €15 for a load. We booked the room with sauna but was told we could only operate it between 3-8pm which is useless to us as we would get home around 4.30/5pm and off to dinner around 6pm. There was a nespresso machine but they didn’t even offer any pods. Frankly, it feels like we’re paying premium prices for a place where corners are being cut. The basics shouldn’t be optional at this price point — they should be standard.

Good location but overpriced

Good location either for skiing either for walks, very nice views and clean.

Very stingy kitchen equipment, no mugs, no toaster, no kettle, have to ask for additional cutlery. Bathroom, steam bath nothing like on photos, 404 for sure needs refurbishing. Supplement for our dog extremely expensive, no notice ahead! On arrival no instructions how to enter. Despite we didn’t feel very welcome, Selva and skiing in Val Gardna is great!

This was our third stay,at the Villa Malpensa -great location,near shops,slopes etc -room spotless and cleaned daily -Olivia the manager is extremely helpful -beautiful apartment

STAY AWAY!!! They cheat and lie!

STAY AWAY!!! First they tryed to get us into an apartment that was not the one we rented from the pictures. Only with acces to bathroom from bedroom, not good when you are more than 2 persons. The place says they have wellness, sauna and spa. I wrote to them before coming if it was open, and they replyed yes. When we came we were told that the place did not have wellness. They are cheaters

Relaxing Stay in Selva!

Very nice one bedroom apartment on the lower level, complete with a fenced in garden and outdoor furniture to enjoy a mountain view. Located in quiet neighborhood, a short walk away from grocery store, restaurants/bars, and cable car access. Lift available on site. Parking in front of building. Host was very nice. Kitchen and sauna in apartment.

Dolomites vacation

Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchette facilities and the location and views are amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very pleasant stay in great location

Superb location - quiet but just a short walk to ski lift, shops and restaurants. Very nicely decorated apartment with beautiful views and two really nice balconies as well as whirlpool bath and sauna in the apartment. A few basics provided would be useful - some coffee, tea, sugar, washing up liquid etc. and upgrading pillows to hotel standard would be good - two per person. However extra pillows were provided immediately upon request by the friendly and helpful housekeeper. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great location and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location.

Beautifully presented apartment. The in apartment sauna and jacuzzi worked perfectly. Fabulous location in the village close to the main restaurant & bars area, and close to the supermarket. A very short walk to the home trail so in the morning you can ski to the lifts and ski home. Ski/boots storage very effective. Liv the house manager was very attentive and helpful.

On a couple of occasions we could hear people moving around in the apartment above us, which made us aware that others could hear us too.

Nice place, poor customer care.

Good position, clean and nice apartment. Comfortable bed. Convenient parking.

I was double charged for my stay. I payed at checkout and got additionally charged by property on credit card. It took quite an effort to prove it. One month later, I still have not received a refund. With a mistake like this, I would expect an immediate reaction from the hotel and taking all possible actions to fix it for the client ASAP. In my case - little contact, issue still not resolved, it continues taking time and causing frustration. Sauna does not heat up over 50 degrees.

Excellent location for hiking, close to shops & restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well presented.

Some more kitchenware e.g. crockery, mugs, cutlery would be really helpful. Also a shower curtain so the shower attachment over the bath could be properly used would be great.

The staff were nice. At dinner, after not liking the soup, the waiter gave me double portion from the next dish without me asking for it.

I was promised double upgrade but instead I was downgraded. The room wasn't as expected. I wrote to the hotel but didn't get any response. Dinner wasn't good. Other guest were waiting for a long time for the ski shuttle and started to get mad

Really nice design of the apartment. Good location and excellent comfort. Having a steam sauna in the apartment is really great and overall an exceptional place. View was good, two balconies were nice and a supermarket (Spar) close by. Outstanding place. Host was very friendly. The apartment gets cleaned daily so everything is almost perfect.

Wireless Quality really bad - constantly dropping out and very slow. If you want to watch TV you either have to sit on a hard dining chair or watch in a rather awkward position from the dining table.

Fabulous location, sauna and steam shower were amazing, spacious rooms, friendly staff, good kitchen facilities, garage parking and ski gear lockers, short walk to kids ski school, easy walks to a large amount of restaurants.

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterin. Gute Lage.

Preis war mit CHF 11'500.00 für 5 Tage total überrissen. Würden wir für diese Qualität nicht mehr buchen. Zudem sehr kurze Zeiten für die Saunabenützung was bei diesem Preis schon fast frech ist. Garagentor war die ganze Woche defekt und musste von Hand geöffnet werden.

El dueño del departamento nos cambió a otro lugar porque había un problema en el alojamiento y realmente fue una experiencia increíble ya que nos alojó sin costo adicional en un hotel boutique en todo momento se preocupó por nuestro bienestar y comodidad para pasar una experiencia excelente, sin dudas recomiendo el lugar y volvería
