Oh my, where to start. This has to be my favourite property I have ever stayed at. The photos don’t do it justice. Absolutely amazing property. The rooms have been hand crafted by the owner leaving that authentic rustic feel. Rooms are spacious, extremely well built with all the facilities you could imagine. Breakfast was a treat and one of the coolest experiences I have ever had; food comes in a chest outside your door each morning but I won’t spoil the surprise. Staff!!! Well, what genuinely lovely people and I wish them all the best. A family run business who treat you like their own family. Amazing to see them all chipping in to make such a successful business. Food, well they have that covered. All the food is sourced from rather their own farm or locally and it is absolutely delicious. We tried multiple meals over the few days we spent there and each one was epic!!! They have their own little farm shop selling their own produce and I got as much apple juice as British Airways would let me take home, unfortunately, I am on my last bottle so may have to fly back. Facilities, well it’s a beautiful farm and you can go see all the animals and a huge play area for the kids. The entire experience was magical and I have stayed all around the world at some extremely luxury locations and this has to be by far the most magical experience. Oh, did I mention the views!!! Breathtaking views of the dolomites and surrounding village from your balcony. Cannot wait to go back. Worst thing was this was the start of our vacation and made every other place on our journey feel rubbish and we just wanted to return to Huber Hoff.

Only negative was we wanted to book an extra day and unfortunately they were fully booked….

Tout, absolument tout! L’appartement est magnifique, très bien pensé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine en particulier. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Les hôtes sont parfaits, très réactifs. Le restaurant est également délicieux, nous étions en 1/2 pension, nous nous sommes régalés tous les soirs!

This was such a delightful experience. The apartment was brand new and beautiful. The owners were so kind and accommodating. The food in the tavern was high quality. Breakfast every morning felt like a special treat. The view from our apartment was magical. The location in Vols Am Schlern felt like the right mix of authentic town with enough restaurants.
