Loved it

Great location. Access to trails, to bus/train, groceries, etc was ideal. The view from the balcony was amazing. Next time we'll stay longer. The weather was hot but the room was well ventilated and stayed comfortable even during the middle of the day.

The apartment is big and really really clean. The kitchen is furnished with all the appliances. The bed is comfortable and the view is amazing.

Beautiful place and clean room

When I booked the room, I didn’t expect that it would be this big. There were kitchen, dining table, living room and separated bedroom with bathroom and the balcony. It was beautiful. The location and the view itself was very stunning. It was snowing when I was there which made it really beautiful. The kitchen has everything that you need so you can cook your food.

There was no plastic bag for the bin and no toiletries too. Lucky that the supermarket wasn’t far and it wasn’t close yet when we were there.

Personale cortese e location facile da raggiungere. Piscina gradevole e buona insonorizzazione. Con dei semplici accorgimenti di ammodernamento e pulizia potrebbe essere una struttura di evidente pregio

Pulizia generale da rivedere, mancata colazione (non inclusa nella tariffa), personale praticamente assente (raggiungibile subito via telefono ed estremamente cortese, ma abbiamo sentito la mancanza di qualcuno "fisso" in reception

Mémorable

Logement très propre, grand, avec une terrasse et un balcon, vue sur le jardin très soigné. Parfaitement situé, à quelques kilomètres des "Piramidi di tera", à Longomoso, un site exceptionnel, très connu. Nous reviendrons avec joie.

La relative vétusté des équipements de cuisine, des ustensiles et des robinets. Mais ce n'était pas trop gênant.

La situation proche du village de Collalbo.

• Aucun personnel à la réception (uniquement un numéro de téléphone disponible). • Impossible de dormir en raison de l’absence d’isolation phonique des murs. • Aucune prise électrique pour brancher le four à micro-ondes ni la cafetière. • Wi-Fi de très mauvaise qualité. • Deux plaques électriques hors service. • Hotte de cuisine non fonctionnelle. • Extracteur d’air de la salle de bain dans un état dégoûtant. • Taches de moisissure dans la salle de bain. • Pas de pression pour l’eau froide. • Carrelage de la salle de bain qui se décolle. • Saletés présentes dans les tiroirs. • Bois de la porte de la salle de bain pourri. • Cinq ampoules manquantes. • Lavabo de la salle de bain bouché. • Aucune poubelle dans la salle de bain (simple seau en plastique sans sac). • Piscine sale. • Impossible de payer par carte bancaire sur place : il faut se rendre dans un autre hôtel.

Schöne, grosse Wohnung mit Balkon und toller Fernsicht. Aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der jederzeit behilflich war.

Huoneisto oli tilava, siinä oli myös kaksi parveketta.

Vastaanotossa ei ollut saapuessamme ketään, vain avaimet pöydällä. Huoneisto oli vanha ja kulunut, myös hieman epäsiisti. Vanhan ammeen viemari ei vetänyt kunnolla ym. Kuvissa näkyi uima-allas, mutta sellaista emme löytäneet eikä meille kukaan paikkaa esitellyt.

Tolle Lage uns schöne Aussicht.

Ausstattung aus den 60er Jahren, solche Möbel bekommt man heutzutage geschenkt oder ggf. im Sozialladen. Teilweise auch beschädigt. Wer sich wie bei Oma fühlen möchte, könnte es mögen. Es müffelt aber auch etwas. Betten sind in Ordnung.

Alles in Allem ein super Aufenthalt

unsere Ferienwohnung in der Sonnen Residence war super. Zwei Schlafzimmer, großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Kühlschrank, drei Balkone, großes Bad mit einer großen Dusche. alles in allem eine toll eingerichtete Wohnung, die man mit 6 Personen gut bewohnen kann

leider muss ich die Sauberkeit bemängeln, der Boden der Wohnung war mit Flecken voll und auch das Bad war wirklich nicht sehr sauber. ich habe das Bad dann geputzt, weil es mir zu schmutzig war.
