Everything! It's a beautiful place to stay. I stayed with my wife and 2 year old son. It was excellent for him. There is quite some green space in front of the house, great for kids and for adults. The owner was more than friendly and showed us everything we need and gave recommendations for places to visit and where to eat and buy stuff. They also sell their own products from the farm. There is more than enough parking. The site itself is isolated from the main road and village center, making it a perfect place for peace and quiet evenings listening to birds from the woods. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean. We had the upper one. In the bedroom there was also a wall cabinet for our stuff and the beds were perfect! The kitchen had everything, also a filter coffee machine (obviously, the most important utility)! We did not miss any utility, everything we needed was there. They gave us also a crib and child seat for the dining table.

Everything was excellent! Only thing I would add is a washing machine inside the apartment. The owner mentioned that he could wash our stuff and bring them back once washed, but it wasn't convenient, because we weren't in the apartment over the day and I couldn't orginize myself.

The location of this property was absolutely exceptional — the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Dolomites. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the warmth and generosity of the owners. They happily welcomed us to explore the farm and barn, which gave such an authentic and charming insight into local life, and we loved being able to try the delicious local produce. Every detail made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat.
