Perfect for our winter adventure

The apartment is very nice looking, cozy and warm. The host met us to hand over the keys, and also provided us with the Südtirol guest passes, which were very handy. Languages mentioned in the description of the property are German and Italian but we could get away with English just fine :) The location is great, with a big supermarket next door and bus stop nearby. We used buses to get to other villages for hiking/skiing. It was perfect for our little hiking getaway, would love to stay again. It's a pity we've only seen the cats once :)

The water in the bathroom was only lukewarm sometimes, but I guess it depends on the usage :)

I would go back again!

The host was super kind and nice. The apartment was easy to find and it is in a beautiful location. There is a super market next door which is convenient. We go to taste fresh grapes and pears from the garden. It is kid friendly. The lobby of the apartment is very cozy and inviting. The view from the Balcony is fantastic. There is wonderful viewpoint of a castle just a few meters away from the property. I think it is a hidden gem.

There were no cons for us. Only improvement would be that the kitchen is better equipped with more utensils.

Amazing experience and stay in the Dolomites

Amazing host. Extremely clean apartment and had a stacked kitchen and nice bathroom. Very convenient public transportation and it was included with the stay. Not a touristy or busy area and great views from the window. Really close to hikes. Stefan was so kind, and even got us the guest pass for free public transportation before we arrived in Bolzano. The BEST Airbnb/booking/place I’ve ever stayed in!! I would highly recommend staying here

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

We had a lovely apartment with balcony: spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. There is also a garden you are welcome to sit in, which is beautiful. The location is fantastic for walking, several walks with spectacular scenery starting right from the doorstep. Stefan also handed over a bus pass and we used it to go into Bolzano rather than take the car. It took us from the stop in Fie (Vols), which is about 5 minutes stroll from the apartment, to the centre of Bolzano. Perfect. Travelling with Dogs: Our dog was very welcome and there was no extra charge. I loved the apartment and I loved this town.

Exceptional

We liked literally everything about the place. Stefan is friendly, the apartment is probably newly reconstructed as everything is new and sparkling clean. Two rooms made travelling with a baby easier. We would definitely recommend this!

Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Czyste i komfortowe apartamenty, ładne odnowione łazienki. świetne miejsce dla osób wybierających się na narty. Blisko sklep i skibus, w dniu przyjazdu otrzymaliśmy Südtirol Guest Pass. Piękny widok z balkonu. Polecam !!!

Gastvrij, top appartement en alles wat je nodig hebt

De gastheer en de ligging. De gastheer was mega behulpzaam en meedenkend. Konden onze spullen op dag van uitchecken gewoon laten staan en nog gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten. Ligging is ook perfect. Rustig dorp met alles wat je nodig hebt en alle mooie wandelen gebieden binnen 1 uur van je verwijderd

Me gusto la amabilidad del host que me ayudo con indicaciones del mapa, y lo espacioso del apartamento.

No me gusto que estaba frío pero el anfitrión lo soluciono encendiendome los radiadores.

Prijemny penzion v malej obci

Velmi dobre umiestnenie penzionu. Bolo to ubytovanie bez ponuky stravy,ale s malou kuchynkou a so vsetkymi zakladnymi vecami na pripravu stravy. Velka vyhoda bolo to,ze hned vedla penzionu bol dobre vybaveny supermarket,cize vsetko nevyhnutne ste si vedeli kupit a vybehnut doslovne v papuciach. Interier priestranny, pohodlna spalna a dostatocne velka kupelna. Prijemny a ochotny majitel penzionu, vzdy rad a ochotne poradil a s hostami prehodil rad zopar slov. Velke plus bola moznost SUDTYROL pasu,kt. majitel preposlal po vyziadani, vdaka kt. sme mohli komfortne vyuzivat lokalnu dopravu ( Alpe di Siusi, Bolzano...). V smere na Alpe di Siusi, je to prva zastavka, cize vzdy dostatok miesta v ski buse. Penzion vhodny hlavne pre milovnikov maciek, kedze rano al. podvecer vas vzdy na zahrade vitali aspon 2 alebo 3 ..;). Zo zaciatku trosku ostrazite,ale potom sa nechali vyhladit, asistovali pri baleni,alebo aj strazili lyze v lyziarni..;)

V kupelni mi chybala policka nad umyvadlom na drobnu kozmetiku. Sprcha bola sice priestranna so super teplou vodou,ale odtok to nie velmi stihal, pri sprchovani som stala trosku vo vode. Nie uplne jednoduche parkovanie, hlavne ak ma majitel plny penzion, trosku skomplikovane aj tym,ze na vedlajsom pozemku realizovali prave v danej dobe stavbu ineho penzionu, pripadne pred domom parkovali ludia prichadzajuci do supermarketu. Ak chcete vyuzivat verejnu dopravu, autobusy jazdia casto a pravidelne,ale od penzionu je to viac ako 400m, co nie je uplne komfortne v lyziarkach a s lyzami na chrbte. Ak hlavnym miestom lyzovania je Alpe di Siusi, na Kompatchi je ski depot, kde si viete veci odlozit do prenajatych ski boxov a nemusite to potom nosit kazdy den.

깨끗하고 모든 것이 구비되어 있는 좋은 숙소

특별히 부족한 것이 없었던 숙소였습니다. 청소 상태나 위생상태는 깨끗했습니다. 바로 옆에 DESPAR(Supermarket)이 있어 장보기가 무척 편했습니다.

주요 관광지와 거리가 멀다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다만 어쩔수 없는 부분입니다.
