The location was great, within walking distance of the main sites in Bath. There was a lot of room to relax in.
The hot water supply was a little finicky. The washing machine was a bit of mystery and the dishwasher did a moderate job of cleaning dishes.

Plenty of space, lots of light, lovely patio straight outside a well equipped kitchen, quiet location, warm and comfortable.
Felt tired and lacked a few creature comforts. No chair in the single bedroom or hangers. Paintwork shabby and grubby round all the door handles. Cramped shower room downstairs and strangely laid out upstairs bathroom. Had to stand in bath to open bathroom window! Smelled unaired. Was expecting a bit more quality and cleanliness for the cost which was very expensive for just 3 nights n February.
