We stayed here as a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed the quirky, well appointed house. Would love to say again!

Such a quirky, fun house to stay in and the location was perfect. The owners were excellent too, clear and friendly communication.

Quirky building - we loved it - you do need to be aware it is on several floors and would not be suitable for people with disability or people who struggle with steep stairs and uneven floors or small children You can't do anything other than make people aware - also on a steep hill coming back from city centre .

We loved our stay

We loved the character and little snippets of history in the house. The location is excellent and in walking distance of so much!

The only thing was how cold the rooms got at night but we also understand the property is old and there are heaters we just weren’t sure how they worked and didn’t want to mess about with them.

Fabulous house, beautifully comfortable, brilliant City.

It was exactly as the picture. Beautifully clean and furnished. The beds were so comfortable. Everything we needed to get us started was there including tea, coffee, milk and the ever necessary ice for our GnT.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for my sister and I being older but it did us good.

The house was very cozy and quirky, but very well kitted. It very easily accommodated 8 adults and 2 children and the house was lovely and warm which was very helpful when it was freezing outside

The quirkiness of the building, the hosts had left the essentials and more in the cupboards, the bedding.The house was close to the centre of Bath.

A fabulous old house, but I couldn't get the shower to work properly,so had a cold one! Hard to get all our cases from the car to the house without illegally parking on double yellow lines.

Lovely historic house in a very central location.

The location was very central and being a town house the number of steps in the property kept you fit, especially if you were in the room on the top floor! You do get great views of Sham Castle and the city from here to make up for it. :-) The owner was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

The house was slightly cold in the evening, probably because the weather was forecast to be good over the weekend and I suspect the heating had been turned off due to this, but we found a fan heater which helped.

Great break in Bath for a group. Lovely house

Quirky property, the kitchen was a great size with all we needed.

House can be quite noisy at night, mostly in the basement bedroom. Once used to it you don’t notice.

Photos online very deceiving. Dissatisfied and disappointed with the paragon

Good location

House not deep cleaned as mentioned online. One of the Waste bins had nail clippings in. No opening windows or instructions of how to open windows. Road noise should be mentioned in your advert. Cob webs in basement shower. Crockery and utensils grubby and needed re-washing Washing machine and dryer not fully functional. Beds not comfortable..2 of the beds have springs coming through. Sofas and footstools all dirty and no cushioning.

Nuestra estancia en esta hermosa casa antigua fue sencillamente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, nos cautivó su autenticidad y lo increíblemente bien equipada que está. Los anfitriones fueron atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda que tuviéramos, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. Para grupos grandes como el nuestro (éramos 7), tener tanto espacio fue un verdadero lujo. La ubicación, además, era inmejorable.

Como pequeña nota para futuros huéspedes, y sin que empañe para nada la experiencia que tuvimos, es bueno saber que la vivienda se distribuye en seis plantas sin ascensor y los escalones son un poco estrechos. Sin embargo, para nosotros, la oportunidad de alojarnos en un lugar tan grande, con tanto carácter y tan bien cuidado, compensó con creces este detalle. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
