Location, decoration, facilities and customer service excellent.Hot tub superb and private courtyard not overlooked. Bonus for shampoo, conditioner and body wash fluffy towels a nice touch plus kitchen kit. Well worth the the money. Thank you to front of staff at Harrington hotel who were very friendly, helpful and supportive and looked after our luggage until we could get in at 4pm.

Especially hot weekend and the rooms were too hot. Fans were supplied but did not give any respite. Some were more efficient fans and powerful than others. Just to note that one of the lamps was broken on the middle floor bedroom before we got in the place. Tv not working in floor 2 main bedroom which was disappointing.

The support by agreement of a nearby hotel : the lady was sooo friendly & welcoming & they housed our luggage happily Liked the decor , liked the tub , the outdoor table , the big larder fridge with ice facility . Great location near to everything .

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bath! Staff are super friendly when you check in! Decor is fab!

We have been to the property a number of times now and on this last occasion the hot tub wasn’t the cleanest! We had to wipe what I can only assume is like fake tan residue of the sides of the tub and there was also a lot of birds muck we had to clean! Obvs I know that could happen at any point but this all looked had been there a while. The outdoor space just needs a clean up especially for what you pay per night. It says when you book you get the whole house but 2 bedrooms were locked so we only had use of 2 bedrooms! Which obvs fitted us as there was 3 of us but with us all being mums we wanted to relax in our own rooms! We have been a few times before and we had the use of the whole house.
