Beautiful

It's beautiful and a perfect location for Bath. My friends and I loved staying here. There was a hairdrier available in each room and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. There were fans available in every room (bedroom, living room and dining room) which were most appreciated as it was rather warm. Loved the additional knick-knacks which made it homely but not cluttered! Host was really helpful in answering questions in advance and how we wanted the rooms to be set up. Shower was brilliant and I took advantage of using the beautiful bath too! The private courtyard was really appreciated too :)

If you're getting ready for a wedding, let your make up artist know that they'll need to bring extra lighting. Its a gorgeous place to stay but poorly lit. We realised this the night before the wedding so it was fine but worth noting if that's what you're using the accomodation for. Ironboard needs replacing, had to use tea towels for cushioning. I had asked if there was an iron and ironboard in advance, had I known the board was that bad I'd have brought my own. Personal preference - the bed in the top larger room had way too soft a mattress. My new husband loved it but I couldn't get comfy on it at all.

Charming period property for a short stay, great location.

The house was charming, great location to access the city, close to a good car park with fair overnight charges.

We were a party of three individuals ( no couples). When I initially booked on Booking.com you could have a rental rate for two/four/six people only I selected four people- therefore the host knew the number of guests to expect. The property has four bedrooms, when I confirmed we were there people and we required three rooms I was advised we’d have to pay an extra £30 to make-up a third room. Our expectations was we’d booked a property with four rooms and would be able to use them not pay extra. The host was helpful, accessing property was easy, the beds were very soft and uncomfortable for us all. The dishwasher didn’t appear to switch on and the outside sitting area was impacted by the nearby restaurants ventilation system running so not a relaxing area to chill out - on the plus side it was a charming house tastefully decorated and perfect for a short stay.

The location was fantastic and while old, incredibly well looked after. They care of you have a nice stay. The photos are incredibly accurate. while parking was pricey, it is close. The hostess and booking has been wonderful, clear, and easy. The communication was the best I've ever had from a property I've rented. The thought of the right number of chairs , plates, etc for the number of people staying was really helpful and so nice to see

There were cigarette butts all over out in the garden which was a bit icky, but also meant we couldn't let our dog go out there without picking them up. There were not any coffee pods left, when it was mentioned there would be. That is literally our only feedback that isn't amazing.

The location

For the type of family members we had, the stairs getting to the bathrooms was inconvenient. Also the cupboard on the wall in the tiny bedroom is very dangerous, the couple that stayed in there, he banged his head quite badly when getting out of bed.

Gorgeous property in the heart of Bath, would definitely recommend

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Bath but tucked in a little mews, away from the main noise and crowds. A beautiful georgian house that was really wonderfully furnished and equipped. We arrived to tea and coffee available, along with milk and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and the christmas tree up, ready for our few days at the Christmas Market. Communication with the host was really good. There were 4 of us staying but the house was definitely spacious enough for more. For the location and the home it was amazing value for money. We wouldn't hesitate staying again or recommending it to others - Thank you Sabine.

This townhouse was a great part of our Bath experience.

We felt very posh in a lovely, historic townhouse and posh for the location. Just a step away from all the downtown things to do. We had originally booked for a group of 8 but it ended up being just the two of us. I was so sad my kids and grandkids didn't get to enjoy this beautiful place in the very center of Bath. There would have been comfy beds for everyone and a table big enough for the whole crew. We couldn't think of anything that was missing. Did laundry and ironing as well. Even though parking is elsewhere you are able to pull your car to the doorstep for a few minutes to unload. Very convenient. A one minute walk to one of our favorite discoveries - Sally Lunn bakery had much more than fluffy buns. We had a trencher dinner there. It was yummy and special, being unique to Bath. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Construction workers and noise going on in and adjacent to the patio space during the day but that should be over within a week or two.

Great location! Unexpectedly so, actually. Very comfortable apartment all to ourselves. Sabine as a host was great to interact with. And the complimentary prosecco, milk, coffee pads were greatly appreciated.

location couldn't be more centre ! you are just a few metres from the catheral and roman bath and all other popular spot. the house is beautifully and tastefully decorated/organised. it says sleeps 10 people and it really has got everything you need for 10 people. strongly recommended whether you are visitors in small group or large group Forgot to say thank you to the host Sabine who was there all the time with excellent communication/updates. we also very much appreciated the milk/case/crisps that she left in the house for us. what a lovely touch.

bathroom and dinning room has small steps. it's good to remember that so that you don't miss these steps when you walk into the bathroom in the dark during the night.

Wonderful Mews property in the centre of Bath

Location was wonderful only minutes from rail station andvthe abbey.The upstairs bathroom was wonfetful and the kitchen facilities good with a liitle outside terrace fir drinks . Sabine was very gelpful abd left us a bottle of fiz and a caje on arrival such a nice touch

The only comments i could make is that a gairdriet in the upstairs bathroom would be helpful for 4 ladies staying abd also the house is not suitae for anyonecwith mobility difficulties Otherwise great

Fabulous house right in the centre of Bath, very clean, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen and living space, lovely little touches of cake, wine etc, couldn’t have wished for more. Definitely would visit again

Fantastic few days in Bath

Georgian House was beautiful, plenty of space and felt very luxurious. Location was amazing. Right in the centre of Bath next to all attractions. Fantastic communication from property owner, with a few extra special touches left to welcome visitors.

Could get a little noisy at night with the occasional passer-by, but all positives outway this slight personal annoyance by miles. Couldn't find any other fault.

such an amazing location! we could walk everywhere and it was only 5 minutes from the station. The actual house is beautiful and we loved the decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A beautiful house in the perfect location.

The location was lovely and it is an elegant and smart house with everything we needed. The owner is lovely, exceptionally helpful and kind and the little welcoming touches made us feel at home from the start. Once the house had warmed up it was lovely and cosy. It was so central that it was really easy to pop back for lunch or to drop shopping off.

The downstairs shower room was too cold to use, which was a shame with four friends being in the house, but the upstairs bathroom was toasty and warm.

Have stayed here twice. Perfectly situated close to centre of Bath. Beautifully decorated, lovely bedding, clean and very comfortable for 8 people. Wonderful host who was very accommodating and kept in touch. Simply fabulous!!

Excellent location, well-furnished property with lots of charm. Extremely responsive and helpful host. We had a really nice stay and the price was very reasonable in comparison to alternative properties.

Slightly noisy at night over the weekends even with windows shut, but this is to be expected with the central location. Would recommend bringing earplugs if sleeping next to front facing window.

Location was excellent.

It was beyond unbearable inside with the heat as the windows have very limited opening and are nailed so they can’t open more. Also very disappointed that when we booked the stay it advertised free parking with a pass. This facility had been removed but no one had contacted us to say so we turned up In a car and had to pay daily car park fees.
