Very welcoming staff. Extremely clean and comfortable room. A balcony with amazing views of the mountains and llamas.

There was nothing to dislike.

We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel due to the cost, which felt quite expensive. The view from our room was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We ate in the main restaurant a couple of nights and the food was delicious, the service was good and both evenings were really enjoyable.

However, I was disappointed with how the room configuration was handled. We had booked two double rooms and asked in advance if one could be made into a twin or have the beds split. We were told this wasn’t possible, so we downgraded the room. On arrival, it was clear that the bed could be split, which was frustrating, especially as I had specifically checked beforehand. Overall, a lovely hotel in many respects, but the incorrect information about the beds was irritating and could have been avoided with better communication.

Clean and comfy with a great view!

The staff with the exception of the young brunette hotel attendant were very rude! Especially the older lady at the counter. We asked for a fan for my father who is handicapped and they said no and then asked if we had a virus. I also have a theory that there is no air conditioning in the room, just a light on the wall. There are no AC vents in the room so where is the air coming from?? My husband and I travel to Innsbruck often and we will not be returning to this hotel.
