It’s ok. Delusions of being a 4 star hotel.

It was clean, great view

Appeared to be only open, renovations being done while we were in the hotel. No bar, restaurant no atmosphere, like a school canteen. Over priced. In the middle of no where, no restaurants/ bars nearby. Car an essential. 20 mins from bus stop up a steep road. The hotel is just not together. Reception in basement, no furniture when we arrived

Per il resto terribile…. Struttura datata e non certo all’altezza di un quattro stelle. Per un guasto non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per due sere di fila e NESSUNO si è preoccupato di informarci previamente o vi provare a mitigare almeno in parte il disagio. Capisco che i guasti possano accadere, ma c’è modo e modo di gestirli e di approcciare la clientela!!

La posizione di fronte al lago, camera spaziosa, ottima colazione e ottima cena, personale dell' albergo e del ristorante molto gentili e disponibili

Faceva un po' freddo, il nostro bagno non aveva riscaldamento quando ho richiesto uno scaldabagno almeno per poter fare la doccia, mi sono state dati 2 accappatoi . Lungo il lago davanti all albergo tutte le strutture erano chiuse, se non rimanevo in albergo ero costretto a prendere l'auto e andare in paese.

Esperienza negativa , rimasti al freddo e senza acqua calda

Camera inadeguata , riscaldamento non presente nella camera e nel bagno… solo un piccolo condizionatore che dovrebbe riscaldare tutto con pochi risultati . L’acqua calda è mancata dal pomeriggio fino alla mattina dopo con il risultato di fare una doccia completamente ghiacciata. Phone attaccato al muro , camera insufficiente . Alla fine dopo tutti i disagi non volevano manco fare lo sconto , era da non pagarla per intera la camera . Brutta esperienza .

Struttura non ristrutturata , riscaldamento non presente , problemi con acqua calda , non è un 4 stelle ma un 3 stelle . Necessita ristrutturazione immediata se pretendono quella cifra .

Splendida posizione vista lago. Colazione ottima e con vasta scelta di dolce e salato. Merita di segnalare la "chicca" dell'angolo cottura: piatti caldi preparati al momento. Numerosa, varia ed ottima l'offerta dei piatti del menu per la mezza pensione. Lo staff: cortese, preparato, disponibile: fa sicuramente la differenza.

L'hotel necessita di alcune manutenzioni e migliorie, già programmate con la chiusura invernale.

Für uns ein Hotel ohne Seele, welches von uns nicht zu empfehlen ist mit einem schlechten

Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon und Zimmer auf den See. Das Personal war stets bemüht alles richtig zu machen. Kurzer Weg zum See.

Schon beim Betreten des Fahrstuhls fiel uns auf, dass dieser nicht sauber war. Der Boden war verschmutzt, die Edelstahlwände ebenfalls. Das Mobiliar in unserem Zimmer war veraltet und abgenutzt. Die Bettwäsche war zum Teil mit Handflächen grossen braungelblichen Flecken verschmutzt. An der Decke hatte eine Spinne ihr Nest gebaut und schaute heraus. Der Balkon war extrem verdreckt u.a mit Papier und Zigarettenkippen. Das Badezimmer schätze ich auf 90er Jahre und war für uns deutlich unter unseren Erwartungen. Das Restaurant erinnerte uns von der Einrichtung her an eine Firmenkantine und hatte für uns keine schöne Atmosphäre. Abends strahlend hell erleuchtet. Ein Platz, wo wir uns nicht lange aufhalten wollten und beim ersten Frühstück schallte uns ein lautes Kleinkind entgegen. Für ein sogenanntes Adults only Hotel ungewöhnlich. Das Abendessen war für uns lieblos und auch geschmacklich deutlich unter unseren Erwartungen. Auch im Gespräch mit anderen Gästen erfuhren wir auch eine grosse Unzufriedenheit. Wir sind wirklich in vielen Hotels unterwegs gewesen, aber so schlecht hatten wir es noch nie getroffen.

Séjour au calme au bord du lac

Hôtel à l'écart de l'axe principal (en zone quasi piétonne), et à 100m du Lac et de la promenade. Vue imprenable sur le lac depuis le balcon de la chambre et le restaurant de l'hôtel. Chambre et literie de qualité et parking devant l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner royal !

Als Optimierungsidee: unbedingt Wandhaken im Zimmer anbringen für Jacken, Taschen etc. und auch im Bad musste man sich provisorisch organisieren, um alles unterzubringen - obwohl das Bad groß ist - hier gab es für zwei Personen nur einen Haken an der Wand für 4 Handtücher.

Buon rapporto prezzo/qualità in generale, da migliorare il bagno

In generale un'ottima struttura in una posizione strategica per visitare il lato bresciano del Lago di Garda. Piscina molto bella e ancor più bello il giardino in cui è immersa, ombra garantita da ombrelloni e da ulivi (stupendi), sdraio per tutti i clienti sempre disponibili. Ristorante di ottima qualità, abbiamo mangiato bene tutte e 3 i giorni passati in questa struttura.

il bagno, se pur ben pulito, necessita di un restyling: - rubinetti completamente rovinati, la cromatura ha lasciato posto a un colore giallo/rame (come se corrosi con prodotti troppo aggressivi, vedi foto). ci è stato detto che l'hotel è stato rilevato da nuova proprietà da poco e che questi "dettagli" saranno via via sistemati. - mancanza totale di appendini per gli asciugami del lavandino e del bidet, presente invece una appendino mezzo staccato per gli accappatoi vicino alla doccia (doccia per giunta molto piccola, un uomo di stazza robusta ci si muove con difficolta o rischia di non starci proprio, un pò assurdo viste le dimensioni da monolocale del bagno)

Aménagement basique pour un 4 étoiles. La qualité du resto compte tenu des prix (en comparaison avec l’offre locale) n’est pas super. Acoustique mauvaise avec chambres voisines) réveillée tous les matins à cause d’une voisine qui toussait). La piscine est juste à côté d’un camping. Un emplacement caravane se trouve le long de la haie… si l’occupant aime faire la fête en groupe (ce qui nous est arrivé), pas de chance : vous aurez droit aux bruits qui vont avec (musique, chants, rires et chien qui aboie). En pleine saison, il manque quelques places de parking.

Für 4 Sterne doch leider etwas enttäuschend

Das Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich, besonders die deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiterin Jonida (?) an der Rezeption ist uns sehr positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Im Restaurant waren wir zwei mal essen, was jedesmal sehr, sehr gut war. Der Blick Richtung See ist wunderschön, doch die lieblosen Balkone könnte man ein wenig verschönern. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein und dort kann man stundenlang seine Zeit genießen.

Leider gibt es keine Bar oder Terrasse, wo man abends noch gemütlich einen Drink nehmen kann. Unser Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig, zwar sauber, aber die Möbel waren mehr im Stil der 80er Jahre. Leider wenig Ablagefläche, welche gerade im Bad fehlte. Die Dusche war zweckmäßig, doch leider auch in die Jahre gekommen.
