A rare find combining great wine, good food and nice rooms in a cosy package with great hosts

Beautiful property, classy & spacious rooms. Staff were really friendly, very helpful and capable. If you're in the Rhine Valley area, this is a great place. Has secure, onsite parking and walking distance to Eltville town. On top of that, these folks are wine growers so they store and serve their wines onsite. They told me there's no restaurant onsite, yet the food they churn out from their kitchen/menu is outstanding...definitely no need to walk into town for dinner. There's a lovely outdoor terrace with tables and a wine bar...great way to spend the evening.

Great location, best place in Eltville

We arrived early on an overnight flight from Canada, they were helpful in checking us in very early to recuperate. Enjoyed the garden, complimentary wine was excellent, and the Flatbread we ordered to go with it. Breakfast was excellent too and healthy options. Parking was great too.

Beautiful stay at a beautiful winery!! :)

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful accommodation! We have always loved this winery, and have always wanted to stay right on the premises! It exceeded our expectations! We rode bikes here, and it was easy to reach right from the river! (Very close to bus/train station as well) The staff was very nice, and we even received wine vouches for a free glass when we arrived! The room was great, and very comfy beds! Breakfast was amazing, with many options and very delicious food! This is also a great location to explore other areas of Eltville! We loved our stay, and would highly recommend!

A hotel full of history to enjoy wine and summer

The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was great. We stayed during summer and enjoyed a small gathering with friends in the wine garden, listening to live music. The staff was always very friendly.

A little bit of Paradise, Tranquility end Joy. Fantastic location, in the the middle of amazing old-town Eltville. Super friendly owners and staff with real family feel. Our room was extremely spacious and super comfortable and cozy. We spent every afternoon/evening in the the great outdoor courtyard. An amazing setting, with a very nice selection the hotels own wine production, great food and super live music. The hotel also offers a very nice breakfast buffet and is located in close walking distance to the Rhein River and Eltville Old Town Highlights. Also, only less than 5 min on foot away from train station which is handy departure point for the beautiful Rheinsteig Hiking trips. Eltville is also conveniently close to may of the areas attractions (e.g. Kloster Eberbach).

Beautifully restored hotel a few meters from the Rhein!

We always love staying here. Friendly staff, nicely-designed room, and beautiful gardens! Breakfast is great too.

Eltville is lovely small town in proximity if Kloster Eberbach, and lots of wineries, vinyards. the hotel is. 500m away from eltville station. friendly staff, free wine tasting on sunday and lovely restaurabt with garden seatings

Great little hotel with nice garden. Good selection of wines and quiet area right on the river in Eltville.

A great stay in most aspects, and I could come back.

Although a somewhat artful curtain separating the bedroom and the bathroom we would have appreciated a door into the bathroom that can be closed.

Beautiful little hotel in a wine estate in the old town

The location and the setting is beautiful. Lovely old estate with multiple buildings and some great Argentinean snacks! Breakfast in the garden was fantastic, and very well organised with a selection being brought to the table rather than a buffet. A two-minute walk to the river.

The room, while beautiful, needed some TLC. Four lightbulbs had blown and the soap dispenser was blocked. Didn't make the stay any less great, though.
